Y, good post, my own thoughts are a local major has everything they need in country to progress the project, they dont need us at all, so full sale for me.

If a company wants to take over they have to announce a formal offer and have the means to pay for it, so they can approach and negotiate in secret until such time as an a finalised offer is made.

Amtech, since when has the market been 100% rational? Do you think Zorbas doesnt want a multi million pound pay day, and would prefer a basic salary for the next 10 years? Dont think so. This has to be sold or JVd to move forward regardless. Its gone nearly as far as it can now.

70p would certainly be a steal for any buyer, location and infrastructure are all on tap, no roads to build, water ,power, workforce, cosultants and service cntractors all in place. As straightforward as it gets to start a new mine anywhere on the planet.
