The situation here could change dramatically if stark produce Sc6 this month that's what I'm focusing on for the mo...
Even though the plant will only be at 50% production Zulu will become a very valuable mine and that will open many doors.
IMV There is no need to panic sell. Just locus on voting. If like me (hsbc). You can ring and ask them to place your vote for you.
I did a bit of research yesterday of the effect on Zim of the Chinese and their money. It was an interesting piece. In view of what I read I would suggest you all go do the same prior to the vote.
Of note. The research I found related to 2022. I could not find anything respecting 2023. The overall messages from the indigenous peoples in Zim was very poor to say the least. Mines run by Chinese left workers poorly off financially. I.e on the breadline, displaced from their homes. With no input into the locals welfare. Profit going to those running the mines. The outcomes fell extremely short of what the current president is asking of those mining in that country. Compare that to our ceo. GR certainly had his finger on the pulse when introducing his conditions of work. If the vote fails in Aug I for one would sell because of the possible effects upon the people working there. End of rant. I am still holding, in hope good outcomes prevail.
SMART, LASER ORE-SORTING
TECHNOLOGY IS THE SOLUTION!
(Now being installed I understand) and directly from the Stark website……..
By integrating this innovative technology that incorporates two lasers, your plant will be positioned to become more efficient and profitable. The Laser ore-sorting technology can detect the product Spodumene.
Within 8 months you'll start high-grade
DSO production to 400% higher value to the current value.
For all those impatient ones go to the Stark website under news and it offers a balanced reality check. Plus a cheeky little video.
As Canmax have given their notice to their agreement with prem. There are bags of produce, plus slim, sitting doing nothing as they are not up to scratch. so If the updates to the processing equipment is able to sort out and upgrade those bags to a saleable product. Can GR put them on the market without Canmax asking for their 50% or would GR have stick to the original agreement and pay them their share? Just a thought.
Stark have their installation and commissioning team onsite. Think what this is costing them. They will imv not stop until this plant is working. Not in their interest. So imv. Still the best bet going on aim. This will be some piece of kit. I amm no engineering expert but Starks commitment for success cannot be critisized. So for anyone stupid enough to bet on the market these shares will drop I hope they have a big bet on.
Why would they rns when they made it clear to us all that we needed more equipment which is in the process of being installed right now. Takes one to two weeks. Then output hopefully will be 50% of sc6. I suggest all of worrying about such issues go to bed and put their head under the blanket and chill out. Hope yr investments pat off by the way.
THE INTERVIEW TALKED ABOUT TODAY IS GOOD FOR US ALL TO LISTEN TO AGAIN. Arbitration is part of a legal dispute recognised in court proceedings. GR has certainly pulled a rabbit out of the hat. After many years of taking part in court hearings many of which went to arbitration or as in this country, the u.k ‘s own court resolution service. The real interesting bit comes when final hearings arrive and judges reasons are given. By the way, many final hearings take months but more likely years to arrive there. If one party is reasonable and the other is not. That does weigh heavily experience into the outcome of the judges decision process. That’s if Canmax are silly enough imv to go down that route.
So if anyone is worried about Canmax continuing to be unreasonable and decide to get aggressive and place an application to court for whatever, or a decision. Then keep yr eyes on research, rns’s. But for now keeping in mind what you know , put yourself in a judges shoes and make yr own mind up about selling or holding tight to yr shares. if Canmax decides to get more aggressive. I have made my mind up, Canmax have not managed to boxed GR into the corner far from it. So I am sticking, unless of course something else persuades me other wise. Hope not. GLA.
Morning. Just woke up and pleased we are still in the 0.3’s.
I have no idea what gr has up his sleeve. Hopefully a few rabbits and not a rat or rats as we have here. Anyway had a read up on hostile takeovers and there are many ways to stave off such. RBD being one recently. An aim company in oil. That one failed. But the read up is interesting. C e o’s can be in a stronger position than we may think.
The other thing I have been wondering is what is in the bags of Spodumin. Can G.R sell that to raise cash? I have no idea just a thought because even at a lower grade it will still be saleable?
If GR manages to pull this off and is still processing then our s.p will be much healthier.
Hope you are all not to stressed. One way or other this will be resolved.
Ignore the statement of this guy. As stated before I have worked in the court arena many years. If Canmax make an application to court it will be refused if they refuse to go to arbitration first. Reason being courts do not waste tax payers money on those who will not engage in negotiation. Most European nations follow similar rules. Listen to the guys that are saying he/she does not have much knowledge here.
I’m not so sure. GR walked away from a previous mine because he was owed money by the partner who did not pay it back. So on that basis your argument is a good one. On the other hand GR has other suitors willing to talk he says. So may still have the upper hand. It may come down to how much time he can buy and how well both parties can work with the arbitrator for a successful outcome.
Medjed. I do not have multi millions here under just under 2 m in Fact. However I had to pull out less than 2 k to pay for one of my front teeth. But if unsuspended prior to that being completed. And we open similar to EUA I will have a grin on my face like a Cheshire Cat. Without dought the little amount I had to pull out plus more will go back.
I am somewhat surprised as not so many panicked today following the word, suspension than I expected.. That bodes well imv of a rise back up today as most sell early. This is turning out to be a more interesting ride than those at Alton towers.
Arbitration I forgot to state is not a court hearing although agreements made are legally binding. In some cases awards can be made. So lengthy periods such as a year or much longer length of times extending to years, as ‘in some court cases’ does not apply here. Arbitration is quicker than ‘finding of facts’, as per legal court cases. Both parties have to be willing to participate which will make sense to gr’s comment Canmax being still willing to negotiate.
So not too dire imv re short to medium time as the saying goes. The branch that does not bend, breaks. Let’s hope both parties are willing to bend and not end up broken.
