TsAndCs - I’m guessing you are referring to the accusations related to URA. I don’t know all the detail but I did some research and as far as I could find it was lots accusations from unhappy URA shareholders but nothing that had any foundation. Did you find the same or something else?

Our Telegram group is an excellent group of people who are free to make their own opinions and comment accordingly. Sometime we agree and other times we don’t but at least it is all sensible debate and not the ridiculous overly critical and accusatory comments you produce in here.

My suspicion is that you simply look at the share price but you’ve never actually researched the company so don’t understand what it is has achieved to date and it’s plans for the future.

And I agree with you regard drugs manufacturers protecting a market, but it’s no good suggesting illegal alternatives because no matter how efficacious or not they are, they are never going to be made available so that is a pointless conversation.

How about you actually read the last few RNS and get an understanding of what is going on and then recent successes.

As well as the Ethics and MHRA approvals yesterday we also saw CLNs converted at 4 times the current share price at 0.4p. Those people who converted at that price clearly know the value of the business is far higher than the current market share price.

But you aren’t here to listen to logic or good news because you are simply here to disrupt.

Well I for one won’t let you continue to slag off the company whilst ever this board is live. In all probability this board will be closed once the delist is complete and you will lose you platform to spout your nonsense. And nobody has lost anything as a result of the delist unless an individual chooses to sell.

The company is not being dissolved it is being delisted, which are completely different things. The company continues with its strategy of executing trials with world renowned research professionals. In fact only yesterday the company announced it had received Ethics and MRHA approval for the CIPN trial, which is a huge milestone and one you choose to ignore.

If you actually brought some factual evidence and reasoned comments then maybe some may take more notice of you. Unfortunately you continue with the same old diatribe.

Nice to see Charles and others have converted their CLNs at a premium price of 0.4p, even though price still artificially down at 0.1p.

All must have agreed that 0.4p more accurately reflected the value in the business and ought to be where our SP ought to be.

Anyone buying at current levels is therefore getting an absolute bargain.

NR - Why did you sell down here though? OK, private isn’t for everyone, but you’d have still held the same shares with the same opportunity in a buy-out.

Kettle - In summary, on Monday last week the company announced they were delisting from Aquis and going private. They made this decision in the basis they haven’t been able to secure external funding and for Charles to continue to fund he wanted to save the £500k a year in costs that come with being listed. In response to the initial RNS, and on behalf of the Telegram group, I submitted over 20 questions raised by the group and sent them in to Melissa and Charles. They responded to all the questions in an informative follow up RNS which provided greater detail than the original RNS.

Unfortunately there was an initial unwarranted sell off of shares, although a very small proportion of those in issue (approx 1%), but the MMs have just bashed the SP down to this level.

If you are still invested and want to join a more informed conversation on the company feel free to find our group and submit a join request. I suspect his board will be closed when the shares are delisted.
