Good news. The RNS kinda hints at reasons for the delay. Anyway sorted now so onwards and upwards

I'm sure the fuel subsidies protesters are really interested in burning down the audit office... containing corruption evidence. There are so many factors here and organisations taking advantage of the situation. Hopefully some dialogue will help.... we shall see.
Interesting Peru is having issues too. I've not really read up on that one but demonstrates issues in many countries will have challenges.

AI and VR is where it's at.... funny that as I was reading over the weekend that both are currently overhyped and not really investable.... especially so regarding IP theft. Anyway each to their own investment risk ;)
I've just listened to the presentation and I recommend a listen... well worth it. I always thought this was a good asset but I may have underestimated it!
I'm liking the approach to make this attractive to 3rd parties ;)

No more c*ck ups sounds good to me. Topped up today at .00258.... very small buy but not showing. Around the time of the larger trades I was getting .0024 to sell and .0026 to buy.... but then my platform is probably rubbish so who knows.
Anyway got to be in it to win it... and DB are no mugs. Im sure there is a bit of an overhang to clear then it'll be interesting. Similar to the last placing.

Good Post Bricks.
Well at least I've learnt a lot more about this board and key shareholders. Any large sells in a few months time and we'll spot what they're up too.
I now also understand why DB haven't been so publicly active compared with their other investments with letters to the board etc.... which I expected.... they clearly have a private line.
Right I'm off to see some sunshine and wait for the next news
Yep they were running on fumes and I expected a placing.... but not in the way they've done it.
If they'd raised (with a small discount) at the price prior the db sale then I'd have been OK with it. Basically we've been somewhat turned over with this one.
Db have paid the placing price and played a blinder. They clearly see a weak board with a good asset so that's a positive.
You could argue the last placing was worse and the share price recovered. The same setup this time. Higher priced warrents etc. So if drilling etc goes well then should be a higher price.
Trying to put emotions aside on this one this am!
Well I'm not happy with this at all and the tactics/ share dealing over the last few weeks to a month is highly questionable. Basically makes AIM uninvestible for a PI and this is my last one ever!
Placing price is a joke... a not very funny one
Some excellent comments Cheshirekat.
I just thought it was someone after our world class drones.
There are too many WUMs on these forums these days so every post should be viewed as suspicious including mine.
In any case think of it simply as sale value divided by shares in issue for a price. If it's for the asset and not the company then EUZ may wish to hold some cash back for another project so the value shareholders will receive will reduce accordingly.
We all have to start somewhere and the more I learn the more I learn that I don't know ;)
The best advice I have is don't dream about future values and focus on what you'll do when x happens. So I have a plan for my holding based on a revised jorc etc. A sale is a real possibility and an outcome i like alot. But dreaming of spending profits can cause emotion to get in the way and we've all been guilty of that I suspect.
Thanks all for some very interesting insights this evening. I have to say EUZ has had some really odd trades over time... when I was accumulating just after the DB buy in there were loads I simply didn't understand. Anyway looking forward to the next few months and seeing how this plays out.
As for TR1s. I simply don't trust them. I had one on another stock that informed of a sale... from over a year ago. AIM does need to sort it's house out a's there is so much abuse.
Anyway enjoy your evening

I clearly sliced way too early this week but have been stung before on not slicing so no regrets this time around. However this feels a little different to other mirco mcap shares I've owned or owning and it's still priced way too low imo.
I've owned this since the FCR days and it's fair to say there have been some proper lash ups by the board over the years. The thing thats kept them going (and me interested) is the quality of the asset which if sold makes todays mcap peanuts. The DB investment was the game changer for me as they have a habit of making things happen and relatively quickly which is why I averaged down over several weeks when it was rock bottom and hte the share price imo was priced as pretty much bust. The lash ups might turn out to be a great opportunity!
The last few weeks have seen a bit of interest in EUZ as they're starting to get their act together... so lets hope some of the old FCR crew make a very tidy profit on their investment !
