Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
Good to see things are happening. I am very curious about the year-end figures, because whatever graphene product you want to research, if you can't pay your bills you're done either way. However, I can't imagine Paragraph didn't to their own research and will probably have more information than we do.
Btw I am curious about the 2mn SAF Group order. Will it ever land again?
Activity seems to be picking up. There were some nice posts by Flin solar and evRiderz
Sorry to see you go.
I'm sticking around at least to see what the year-end update brings. Who knows sales might have gone somewhere, as well as the Innovate UK grant and Paragraf JDP.
What does give me some hope is that they brought in a new CFO after the summer. Assuming she will have a lot more information than we have, I'm sure she wouldn't have boarded a ship she knew would sink just a few months later.
Last year they did a year-end update at the end of January. I expect a similar one this year, though I am very fearful it might be their last. Taking into account the half-year update and the crowdfunding event they should have around GBP 1.2m in cash, then again, their six-months cash burn also is around GBP 1.2m..
You are correct, sorry. There is another Geoff Nesbitt who is working for a different company.
Found it. Different exactly the same name but does seem to be getting his company somewhere
@Snip which comments are you referring to?
It is getting a bit silent at Verditek again.. they had a nice communication streak over the summer and early fall, but even some holiday greetings are too much to ask for..
@Roadrunnr "...Mr. Bonds expected revenues dont seem to materialise."
Adam Bond: "For this reason, we continue to refrain from quantifying a pipeline at this stage, however, we remain confident of achieving published analyst market forecasts for revenue generation this year."
Analyst forecast: about 4m. AFC signed deals: about 4m.
You must be blind.
Disappointed yes, doubting no. Of course, it would be nice if the SP would be higher. That goes without saying. But given the progress they have made over the last year and the investment sentiment in renewable energy markets is rising again I would say that we're at the start of turning the hype into reality. With cash in the bank and a growing order book what's not to like?
Remember patience is key! Next year will be the year.
"Just a little point I would make, really companies like AFC should be at least holding ground at the moment with this new variant around.
So my thoughts are that this drop is probably more to do with AFC than the variant."
Literally all markets have been dropping hard since Friday. Everybody must be collectively cooking the books?
Me too. From the financial statements you could already see revenue was picking up quite a bit over the first 6 months of the year.
I watched the video and can perhaps understand some of the share price drop coming from it. AB says the system will be delivered in 2023 after which ABB will start the integration towards their customer base, so perhaps some investors are disappointed with this longer than expected timeline?
Also he made a very interesting point. If there is a 25b market for diesel replacement right now and we need to be at net zero at point X in time, then at point X (if everything goes well) the market potential would be 0 because there is noone left who's footprint can be reduced.
I've been invested in AFC for about 2 years now and have seen a lot of AB interviews before and he looked a lot calmer and more educated/confident in the matter than he did in previous interviews, which might just be me but gives me more confidence as well.
*20% efficiency
20% is pretty good, especially given the characteristics they offer.
Supposedly they have a stand at the COP26 as well (got that from LinkedIn). Currently it looks like no communication is best communication, so I'm curious what actually is going on behind the scenes. Also financially, because their cash reserves should be well on their way to net zero
Here is some information, but unfortunately its unclear how old the specifications are. The website is from 2019 though.

Here is some additional information from Verditek themselves back from January 2020.

@bwallum where did you get the technical specifications?
