Firstly, I’m not here in defence of PHE's current status, it needs stability, however when companies enter into a JV they do their own due diligence on technology, opportunities, risk etc.
PHE has gained their trust, that’s a positive, remember they chose PHE .
The market is in growth mode and desperate to adopt tech to solve the mess we see and read about daily.
In short IMO rewards will only materialise when PHE appoints the right CEO, end of.

Quite a change in strategy with positive news over the last 12 months.
Top of my list remains the appointment of a permanent chairman.
IMO This ship needs a captain before it sails.

Just a thought
Why would PHE build a Tech Centre based solely on the current DMG system when announced projects are in the pipeline that will show case the tech.
If they have new products to show case EG Ultra-fast/flash technology or Specialist Bio Oil / Electric generation modules, this would make more sense even If it is via collaboration.
I would welcome more information from the BOD on the proposed test centre module/modules and their target market to clarify the flexible approach statement and also the restrictions surrounding Peel.

Lvu333: I admire your honesty and if in the right position it makes sense to implement your personal strategy. Short- and long-term progress is dependent on the success with the Vechain partnership. The other unknown but crucial factor is of those willing to invest in a high-risk stock at a time when the current world outlook is somewhat depressing.
IMO I can understand your reasoned approach. Based on the history of good news, many announcements in the past have bolstered value but only in the short term. And for this reason alone, perhaps just one week seems limiting.
I don’t know your holding average, nor do I want to, and I'm not advocating you continue to hold.

If my memory servers well, she suggested a time period of proccessing an IM from lenders after share holder approval would be around 20 days.
