It’s a matter of time when someone will make a bid for L&G with price tag “£3.5-£4.0”, more likely £4+…..the fun will start when there are more than one bidder.

Imho, buying/adding at sub £3 is no brainer…..Happy Days

TBH, buying/adding/holding, they are win win situations, if the bid goes ahead then we are looking at

30%-50% premium, plus collecting the dividends. If no bid then we are collecting dividends @8.5% annual yield which is one of the best yield in the market. Once there are multi bidders then the sp will be north £4 easily…..imho

Happy to hold and adding more, will add more on the 5th-June regardless the sp value….happy days.

Any takeover has to pay at least 30%-50% premium above the current price at the time of the bid.

Now, if there will be a bidding war then the premium should easily above 50% (based on historical takeovers).

I think the sp will get to £4+ easily….IMHO

Blue, tbh, I thought 280p+ today cos it’s very undervalued share at the moment.

I bet you on the 5th of June the sp will be around 290p-300p, it’s my luck, never mind !!
