Blame our NOMAD ........ interesting when you get reading, The first port of call to determine if an RNS is required is the company’s Nomad. The Nomad will have already timetabled with the board what and when the statutory RNS’s are needed. These will include Full year and Half year results, Trading updates, AGM notices etc. The Nomad is conversant with the AIM rules and the interpretation of them, so he alone will decide if information is material or not.

Hiya KK, yes 153 may be a duffer, CASP have so many things going on at the moment that we would have to release RNSs very frequently (Also very costly) Clive said some time back that he felt loads of small RNSs were hurting the share price so he was cutting them back, as you and I know AIM is (Not quite the Wild West) lets say "Less regulated" so Section 11 of the AIM rules for companies states ...General disclosure of price sensitive information
11. An AIM company must issue notification without delay of any new developments which
are not public knowledge concerning a change in:
? its financial condition;
? its sphere of activity;
? the performance of its business; or
? its expectation of its performance,
which, if made public, would be likely to lead to a substantial movement in the price of its
AIM securities.
So if 153 was producing 300 BOPDs and after the side track, 153 is producing 300BOPDs .... to us its significant news but in the grand scheme of things nothing has changed

Well after that brief little dip to $79.90 something, BRENT has bounced back up to $81.01, I guess people are getting a bit edgy on here now, MR C you have to play it how you want to, exit with what you are happy with and dont look back .... any profit is a profit

Thats more like it Mr Toad of Toad Hall, the RNS was always going to be Mid to the end of November and maybe CASP style sometime in December, Poo can drop into the 60s and we are still shoving a load of money in the bank
