I was due to come to last years AGM with my 90 year old Grandfather, also a shareholder. Unfortunately he fell ill so we didn't make it.

If I'm not away for work, I will certainly be going this year. Hopefully with my grandfather 🤞

So many years invested here... please QED, pull it out of the bag 🙏

Its all very frustrating I must admit. Though this time last year we were in the same place with reduced sentiment and unsettled investors venting daily on the board. Then suddenly we had an RNS with one part of the binding agreements settled, and it all changed. I do believe it will happen still.

I sold off a tranche of my shares last year, in lost hope, and though happy with money made after the RNS was released I still wished I'd held my nerve.

We've been told it still happening so for me that is enough. Best of luck chaps

I am beginning to wonder if we are marching to the beat of the IMO's drum. I wonder if essentially companies are holding off to implement changes and trials to the very last minute. Its not to say trials will not happen, just not to a time scale we would wish for. I wonder if QED are well aware of this and are just playing for time. Year in year out black holes in communication, followed by just enough news to wet our appetites at AGM's; get the coffers full for another year, rinse repeat! Its become a norm with QED.

Let's hope we have some transformational news soon....

Can I ask HF14, what do you expect to gain from continually blowing up 'our' stock on a public forum dedicated our stock?

We all have our doubts currently, but why continually voice it in such a disparaging way?

2.5 pence would be a dream right now. Perfect opportunity to top up! Far too much negativity on this board this last few weeks. Sentiment is down and frustration up, understandably.

We had a business update, it said 3rd quarter. We still have time and still no negative RNSable news. I'm invested and if I get another opportunity at cheap shares... awesome 👌 . As for being underwater, not the case. Being invested over a long period at discounted prices is the reason for that.

I still have faith, plenty of it.

Likely lots of feeling towards QED at the moment of anger and fustration. I have to admit I'm starting to get a little tired of the lack of commuincation from the comapny. Though as has been mentioned already, I imagine they have their hands/tongues tied if anything was learnt from last year prior to the msc agreement RNS. A couple of linked in updates pictures might have been a reasonable idea to quell unsettled investors.

I believe that the economic uncertainty that comes with Trump, month to month, leaves legal teams in a constant state of having to pivot. Which could very well be a lead cause of the delay. If its not a ship smashing into a bridge, it's a president firing from the hip.

I am still confiednt that we will get the news we require. Though on what timescale that will occur is anyones guess.

There is still a lot of Q3 left :). Try to stay positive, and have a good weekend all.

I totally agree there are some snippets to be gleaned from the RNS. As AKHM pondered, why wasn't the OEM consulted before now. I don't want to try and read between the lines too much but it may be OCP actually taking things a bit more seriously. Valkor has fumbled the ball, but at least its not dropped. The agreement with Cargil is coming, I do not doubt this. They will be crossing the t's and dotting the i's, we know this takes alot of time for agreements, see 2024.

I had a feeling when Jason got re-assigned that things would slip, but as has already been stated by several members Q3 is not far away.

Jsr, I think you may be correct. Feels like net zero is very politically leveraged one way or the other.

What do you guys think about reform dropping net zero should they get in (which looks likelier by the day) and the affects of this on Quadrise. Obviously the levies will be in European ports which still bodes well for us. Would just like to hear your thoughts.

Stockcheque I really want to believe your narrative for POC. I hope you are correct, honestly. My feeling is that to withhold news such as the start of the trial would be with holding price sensitive information, as alluded to by many members already.

I genuinely believe that we are more or less on track. The trial may start a month past when it was forecast, so what. I believe JM will be released from his position post haste to Antwerp to carry out the initial quantitative aspects of blending our fuel with a freshly setup MMU.

I'm not worried at all, our agreement is binding and the IMO doubled down on their emission goals.
