LSE is not the only thing that's stuck.
Its not had much of a mention but PBLJ is still stuck firmly in a Norwegian fjord.

The price on LSE seems to be stuck at 8.01.
It was 8.5 at about 3.10pm and is now 8.67, down slightly from a high of 8.8.

Don't take too much notice of the Guardian. They are still throwing tantrums over Brexit and the election result.
They will jump on anything that might be used to criticize the government.

It barely gets a mention but there are now reported cases in Africa and central Asia and its a fair bet that the vast majority of cases and deaths are not being reported.

I do not think it is a surprise that PMO have hedged. It was known they hedged the last time poo fell to these levels and it is very likely they have continued to hedge at least some proportion of their production.
We don't know with HUR but I rather doubt. If they had you would expect them say so, and if nothing is said in the results I think you can take it that they have not.

Iran has asked the IMF for a $5 billion bailout.
Will they get it?
Iran is already under sanctions and with the current oil price they are up s**t creek.
If they don't get it the possibility of open conflict with KSA has to be considered.

Russian needs at least $45 but both have sizable reserves.
