Agreed - provided that production is not 52 lol.
Ref the dilution, that's how I read it too, which is nearly half the market cap. Hopefully it is only the amount that has been drawn down that can be converted and even more hopefully we won't need to use this 'buffer'.
Bring my reward, FWIW your maths is correct. A 160% increase on 20 is 52.
Let's hope that this is not what our chief means.
Yep absolutely. I was hoping for 330 but perhaps I'm wrong by hoping rather than expecting. big difference lol. Reading other comments here perhaps it will be more like 200 or so. Either way, if we have working capital to get through the next 4 months then ok. The bank has also previously permitted capitalisation of interest payments which is good news.
Thanks Tro.
I assume oldskool has taken umbridge at me calling him out. I have him filtered because life is just too short.
The one concern I have with Wres is the finance and the ability to make interest payments in the current climate.
To a certain extent the recent RNS has allayed my fears. Also the placing for £756k eased the worry. I just hope that we get through this OK.
I think taking it private as I think inky suggested won't happen. It will be difficult to get finance I imagine. So finance is a bit of a double edged sword!
Certainly MM was trying to put fears to rest and this drop is well overdone now, surely, he says.
There would be 2 valid reasons for you to gloat. a) this fall is wres specific or b) your basis for saying the sp would fall all this time was Covid 19 and not wres specific.
Neither of which are true are they.
If you really feel that you can gloat about this, words fail me.
This will bounce back once Covid starts to decline.
I'm just bemused after today's RNS test we fell so much again.
Cash is God I guess.
The business is more than viable. The next 4 or 5 months, maybe 7 or 8 ought to have been transformational.
Sadly, Covid 19 is just bashing everything.
I feel for the investors who have to sell at these prices - they are the worst hit I think, though of course that could change, but not for micro reasons.
Agreed. There will be a lot of shares hitting lows right now. On my other holdings i see a lot of posters taking advantage of Covid and declaring they knew the current lows would happen. Fact is if everything is down then it's macro factors not micro. It's sad that the few people who have nothing good to say are dining out on a health crisis frankly.
why only running at 60% in April?
Anything less than 300 tons for Q1 and I'll be disappointed I've got to be honest. Not enough to sell out obviously as Q2 APR to JUN is scheduled to be more productive. The sp just needs a rocket up its whatsit that's all.
I know!! Outspoken or what eh?!
GIT - you can't honestly be putting faith in this poster can you? I am assuming you know nothing about him or her by the way, in much the same way you can't put faith in what I or anybody else unconnected with the company writes on here.
I think the 20 tons for December will have been in the 2nd half of that month.
So, I reckon 60 for Jan, 120 for Feb and 150 for March - total being 330 for the quarter.
That's an excellent point.
Think I'll go with the market reaction.
I am not prepared to blame MM for the speed of receipt of the grant. I find that unfair. He might have been told it was coming. You and I know as much as each other.
I'd expect the sp to drop a fraction today but only based on the timescale of the grant receipt being pushed out which is beyond the company's control it seems.
If you borrow 3m expecting to receive 5.3m and then you don't get the 5.3m you have a funding gap. That's just logical and I don't understand why folks are struggling with this concept.
it's all very well saying we borrowed enough last time so what's he doing, but if he fully expected the gap to be closed this quarter then we still have a gap that needs closing don't we!
Anyway, time of writing we've seen a huge sell of 400k shares. Hardly a drama imo.
Perhaps they did but their interest rate was greater than 3%.
Has anybody tried to buy these through Halifax? Saying that they no longer allow investment in this stock. On phone to them now.
Ah ok - I was unaware it had been stated. Was it in an RNS or an interview? If not too much trouble can you point me to it please? Appreciate you might be busy so no worries if you can't. Cheers
Indeed, but it won't take too long to repay so 13% is probably the best estimate for now.
