Ollcity, thank you for that. I am prepared to assume your knowledge of how plant works will be better than mine, given mine tends to zero. To clarify, what you are saying is that my simple calculations, whereby I have scaled up production by simply multiplying by 7 over 3, will more than likely not provide the complete picture and that there are scale benefits by operating for longer periods. I suppose that makes sense to me due to time spent 'stop-starting'.
So if anything, my calculations, everything else being equal, almost paint a worst case scenario.
Bob - hope all's well with you.
Thanks for your help GIT. I need to go away/ find time to look at the break even point.
Safety - that would make sense to me.
Thanks GIT - knew I could rely on you to reply.
So tonnage was 54.7 tons, of which 21.6 was September, albeit on a 3 day week.
For a 7 day week at September levels, tonnage could be per month 51.84. Break even is 125 I seem to recall, so assuming all else is equal, we need to double plus a half our current production run rate, not increase it 6 fold.
Dear Great and Good of this BB, not for the first time I am a little confused.
What is the difference between 'concentrate production' and 'contained metal' please?
Many thanks in advance!
dreamingof, I'm pretty confident that this will come good to be honest. I don't know when, but I don't mind waiting.
BlackHopper, speaking for only myself, I should imagine if I thought about it for a long period of time then gutting would indeed be the word. Fortunately, I have plenty to occupy my mind and I hope that's the same for all LTHs.
Just topped up 2.7m at 0.1133.
Don't understand sorry!
Could be me lol! I thought I'd read somewhere that drilling had started in a different place to that which was originally intended? I am highly likely to be wrong!!
AA - I assume GIT means that he would not expect Blackrock to throw good money after bad - and I would tend to agree.
I honestly don't think there's any need on your part to talk to him in the way you are. It's all rather unsavoury and needless in my opinion. Perhaps we should all take a step back.
Should it though Seawolf? What numbers are you using to base that opinion on?
What are expecting the quarterly revenue and costs to be? I honestly have no idea!
LOL safety!
I think we all need to realise that Covid is still going to be playing a massive part in this company's fortunes and that cash flow is required for this reason and no doubt other reasons too. Digging in the wrong place won't have helped. I'm glad the finance is with Blackrock and not Atlas I must say and I agree with those who believe that they would not throw good money after bad. I also agree with the warrants comment about it not mattering so much right now and they are effectively free money. I bit like Man United saying we'll give you an extra £10M when we win the champions league in the next decade - not gonna happen.
I think we need to focus on the company and stop bashing each other. Just because one person didn't think it was too bad an RNS doesn't give anybody else the right to destroy them on here.
Just had a nibble at 46.2p.
wow what a day. I'm honestly amazed that the sp hasn't dropped more today. I read the rns and my finger was hovering over selling some today. I didn't in the end as i was only offered 0.18 and it had calmed by 8.30 really.
Good to see we have some new guys on site. hopefully they will sort it over the coming months.
I don't see an issue with the grade - we have the JORC. It's clearly an issue with the plant which hopefully can be ironed out quickly.
GIT said 40 tonnes in the last week of June, not the entire month.
Oooooh
Cheers Tro. This is definitely an area where many have more knowledge than me.
I would like to think that if we do have some good numbers from Q2 or even average numbers plus a good July to date run rate, then the share price would respond accordingly.
I would like to think that if the numbers are good enough to support the debt levels, then the market value of the company should move up (in time) relatively quickly to the value of the debt as it can be repaid. That would be a market cap of around US$55 million I think which would be £45 million or so and an sp of 0.65. And that should be just a base, never mind the excess value of the project over debt required to start it.
Well, indeed. It is disappointing, but I am sure you will agree probably not the fault of W. I can appreciate that authorities all over the place will have been run off their feet over the past 3 months or so and there will be a backlog to deal with, but HMRC in this country have prioritised reclaims for corporation tax, income tax and CIS - certainly they are currently moving faster in this area than the prior year!! So, that said, why shouldn't Spain be doing the same. Hopefully they are.
Well, after Q1 I'm not sure what to think. I think I'm going to keep my guesses low to avoid disappointment. Tungsten 120, tin 30.
All the best to you all.
