TL going broke , been told by IMF etc, further loans will not be coming unless they contribute and do not drain the local sovereign petroleum wealth fund to do it......... TG already owe the fund for loans in excess of $650m, not so much the money as getting a real offshore player in the mix to do it, with a supported PLAN and path to production, hence the we are looking for a first TL YES for 20+ years.......(other than wait for Beaco) its why Majors and Tier1's bailed leaving big assets behind and we became a minnow holding a Super Majors asset.........
