In my opinion, Palomar or JB had to have access to the data room during the SR. I need to add, this is pure speculation on my part, but I'm at a loss as to why he joined Ast, because Palomar's US and Polish interests look fantastic on paper. I'll refrain from posting detailed information, incase I break any data privacy rules.
Time will tell what is actually happening here. Fingers crossed for positive stuff.

I can't add anything meaningful to this right now, but I'm pretty concerned, I'll do some digging myself. I'm a Jack Russell with a bone when I put my mind to it. No, I'm not a troll etc. I want transparency like everyone else here. Something that we all deserve and is LONG overdue!

I thought I'd do some digging on JB. I'm sure this has probably already been covered off, but why leave his previously held position that he co-founded and it remains privately run, to then turn his hand to ascent?
Asset stripping? Will Ascent be swallowed up by Palomar? Can anyone here add to this?

I'm in exactly the same position. I'm hoping JB has some magical fairy dust.

After waving Mr Colin off in the last remaining lifeboat, JB is seen to be frantically busy hand bailing the deep water from our sinking ship, as we try to sail through this force 10 storm.
Hopefully we'll get through it, or end up shipwrecked on an island of paradise, where we all spend our remaining years blissfully happy and glad that we're still alive.
