I'm not so sure the government criteria is that rigid when it comes to who they award contracts to. Do you recall that multi million brexit contract given to that shipping firm in Dover (Seaborne Freight) and they didn't even own or run a ship!
So on that premise, anything is possible, ctea may get awarded some kind of contribution to the vaccine passport app if we're lucky.

Totally agree with you. I've topped up just £750 at 80. 6p this morning, peanuts to some, but I know I'll double that in 8 weeks time. Now it's over to CK to do his job and restore confidence here.

Yes and I get paid next week, so I'm going to be topping up. I just hope CK issues another RNS beforehand, so I can get in cheaper.
