Yes, recognised this and listed as one of the risk. Even if the transaction do not go through, the company is already undervalued. Yes, the price will go down a bit as this is a typical action from bottom feeders abandoning ship and selling off all they are holding. However, back before Covid, the sp is up like I mentioned and they have completed restructuring without the news about Eclipse and ESS sales. Now we have news about the sales plus strong government contracts. Blue chip customer? So just because of this, I think this can only go up or even if this drops, it won't break your bank considering if you got in below 40p?

Definitely for long term for me. The company is also finishing up with it's restructuring and the sp is already upward before Covid so I thought this has the potential for long term hold. If with Dividend payment starting next year or so, that would be cherry on top.

I received Dividend today from IUKD. Hope you guys are happy with it as well considering the times we are in and still getting this. Unfortunately I sold this last week to buy another company called Capita thinking it has potential to doubled the sp. I hope I can reap the result there soon and buy back into IUKD and hope it's not to late.

Agreed, this needs to be hold for at least a couple of months to reap profit as I mentioned before few times. This is not going up anytime soon like everyone is anticipating. I go recognise the fact that with CPI, the share price can be unexpected and risky at times. But given the circumstances and the company turn arounds, things are looking toward the bright side. My dilemma is that whether I should reap in short term and relocate everything into a different share which pays dividend and more stable or can Capita calms me with my worries and will start paying dividend soon. I just received dividend even in times like this from the share I sold, IUKD to buy Capita and it's definitely a lot more stable. It's still cheap for me to rebuy it after reaping short term profit from Capita. But if I know Capita can fill in the shoes of IUKD, my previous holding, I'd be a billionaire ayy :D.

Those Americans falls right into this BLM trap like a brainless butt wipes. I know racism needs to be handled once and for all. But there is a right time and a right place to do things and this time is not for BLM, It's for ALM since Covid affects everyone equally. They are basically giving up their dominance and handing it over to China on a silver platter. Why do you call CPI a losing trade? Just curious, I don't think you have explained why other than the price dropping today. I mean people generally are accepting if someone give a reasonable argument to call this a losing trade and you have not? And here comes my favourite question, Which one is a good example of winning trade now?

I bought in at 31p and averaged it to 39 by buying more to hold. I'm done buying though. just waiting for the right time to sell or may be hold long term.

The fact that CPI woncontracts from the Government, which is considered a great customer line up, have undrawn available credits and not considering any government loan schemes for Covid, I take this as a win. This assurance not even taken into account of the sale of Eclipse and another ESS sale line up. So I this as a win. I'm comfortable enough to leave my cash with Capita for another 2 months. The question is whether if it's worth holding for a year or so. If not I will relocate all my cash somewhere after reaping a good amount of profit after 2 months. I'm talking after minimum 100% return and I'm pretty sure this can be done.

Explain how is this a losing trade pls? If you're referring to the price dropping this morning, general market is down not just CPI.

As much as I anticipated this to go up today just like the rest, seems not the case. Aimigo, the keyword here is "Potential" and Capita has not pass through this film of potential to get to the other side. For some reason I feel quite ok with the price not rocketing to 1£ anytime soon. Let's face it, once the price hits 1£ next week, more than 70% of the holders will sell the shares off. What then for Capita,... If I be in their shoes, I wouldn't want that.

Agreed Investor240421, US market closed with all green today. I reckon CPI will open up at around 47 tmr morning and then to 50 eventually.
