Can anyone please confirm " Director's are not able to buy or sell shares in their company for two months before the announcement of results" Does this also apply to interim figures as well as final results?

Cash at 31.12,2013 1.4 million and no bank debt. Convertible loan notes of £1.15 million maturing in Sep 2018. Good start to 2014 with revenue and profitability in line with budget. much improved balance sheet and strong visible Order book positions.Petards for an improved performance for 2014. Is there anything more to add apart from more contracts and substantial profits for the year

I might top up myself tomorrow as I do not see any downside here although it would not be the first time I have got it all wrong
