It can't be nice to read some of the things said on this board when you are not in a position to reply. Maybe they can silence the critics at the end of this month!!

I think it was formerly known as Nenx limited then changed to Gametech limited and then changed to Gametech uk limited. I think Jason owns 46 per cent of the shares and 21 other holders. There is another company called Gametech PLC which was formed on the 14 th January 2016 and has Jason and Paul Laight as its directors. J D Rowland resigned from Gametech limited on the 11th September 2014. Maybe someone can tell me if I am correct on the above. GLA

To keep the momentum going we should have another placing this week!!

Looking on the brighter side lets see a few more placings before the end of the month.

A few decent buys this morning

Like all those posted this morning it is very disappointing to read the RNS. The downside we all lose a lot of our hard earned money although there would be a return of some sort regardless of the outcome. We have been on a roller coaster of a ride with ups and downs (mainly downs) over the past year and that seems to be continuing at the moment. None of us know the various discussions going on at the moment and until we do we are all preempting the outcome. After the delays us shareholders have had to endure over the past few months i suppose it is not that hard to wait another three weeks to find out our fete.

The above are a set of agreed principals which precede a negotiated contact and if that is the case then it will be another step forward in promoting the company outside the UK.

Six months from suspension date

For those who participated in the above up 14.23% today and 55% up on the placing! Not bad for a few days work!

The last two placings have been on the same day as an RNS having been made in the morning by the company. This has given shareholders of the placing company a chance to register with Tea to participate. Moving on why not suspend the shares in the company raising the money say for four or five days to give time to pi's to do their own research and non boarders to register. I have only found some details for the year ending 2013 but of the 74 IPO's raised 57 showed a profit which equates to about 77 per sent. I know people on these boards prefer to get involved in a placing rather than an IPO but as long as the early private investors are realistic in their valuation of the company then there can still be a good profit to be had.

A lot of research has been done on the companies that are raising money and rather than flip them for a small profit it may make sense to hold on for a while. Time will tell if it is better to make a quick buck or to wait but some certainly have a lot of potential for a wait and see policy. Unfortunately you can never get in at the bottom and get out at the top whether it is shares or property. GLA

I hope people do because it will encourage other brokers's to sign up for the white label version rather than seeing their clients disappear . You either move with the times or lose your share of the market. How many companies have disappeared over the last few years because of that reason!

It proves up one thing with Falcon up 60% Noricum up 23.53% if you pick the right companies to get involved with everyone will make money. As i said before two bites at the cherry, you make money on the placement and at the same time put more money in Tea's coffers. Nothing gets peoples attention more than when they see they can make money . All we need now is to come out of suspension and gradually scale the placings up.I do not think it would do any harm if they cannot give us any updates on suspension that they give us news on any further white label versions with broker's. Also some news on any in roads into Europe as was mentioned
