First investor call I’ve attended with RMR, main takeaways after call:

Competent team focused on a core portfolio, projects have funding in place for current exploration programs leading to a maiden resource estimate.

A clear strategy articulated for divestment at PFS stages potentially vs any desire for pursuing a JV for a longer term strategy.

Strong, proven and experienced geological and strategical management team in place with plenty of former success and experience in driving exploration and divestment of projects in a usually very high risk jurisdiction with relevant connections locally and ongoing discussions with strategical investors.

High risk of course as these kind of investments are, but early assays and interpretation showing promise alongside a driven and proven team in place with former success in the region and a nearby potential suitor with ongoing operations aiding future infrastructure requirements - all excellent factors for success IMO.

i think it's reasonable to move expectations for a han**** deal into early 2025 perhaps - as the previous timeline was for the previous negotiations.

having a 3rd party with relevant expertise and experience handling the current negotiations with various parties is a good thing in my mind to give more likelihood of a deal being struck vs solely in the hands of this mediocre bod but by year-end might be a bit optimistic now.

My last post was referring to the Pennystock website analysis - have left a comment on their site to update.

Doesn't look like the info. has been updated with the deal, talking about Hav commercial production in 2025, JV with Newcrest etc. etc.

hi hh, i haven't had any issues in sharing my holding with upside a while back already to join verified tg group and think nothing wrong with a collective to help assist with comms from bod along the lines of what is allowable information to impart as their attitude towards comms and transparency has been getting ever more questionable.

just from a general perspective there has been a lot of unprofessional behaviour and strategy evidenced by the company of late, so an attempt to make a collective effort to ask for a more cogent and professional approach in certain aspects is worthwhile i think.

this was always very high risk investment for me and i've been waiting for a dtm to add significantly but i won't be now given the last 2 years and will now execute a more shorter term strategy if they manage to sort han**** out. my belief is that they won't be able to drive the growth and development of the other assets in a way to benefit most retail moving forward.

i think the group effort will work to aid improving comms and certainly won't be advocating any militant approach or blindly voting in any collective way outside my usual decision making. think of it as more a unified effort to try and instigate comms than waste time individually sending in emails that are ignored mostly nowadays.

perhaps your opinion differs and see no failings in certain areas by the bod like max, but to be blunt that guy obviously has zero commercial experience so i consider his opinion worthless in these matters and he's become so rude these days, what little value he provided in cutting and pasting useful snippets here and there has passed given we are now at a binary position.

@MAKE5MIL - how can you suggest that any exploration project is a future mine based on a couple of drill holes either scientifically or legally mate :-)

I'd suggest studying the Lassonde Curve and looking into exploration and mine development overviews in more technical terms and understand that you need a lot of drilling feeding into scoping and feasibility studies to get to that point where a decision is made to fund the development alongside having arranged the funding of course.

You either trade the swings or hold these during the Discovery Hype for best returns, more results due too which should help start proving the potential is there. This is a very unique sector in some regards.

And they have to us 'potential' strategic investor if a deal hasn't been agreed with one of the interested parties and only talks in place currently, it's suppose to be reassuring that they are working on future funding of the work that will be required to help close a good JV or sale.

Yep - plenty of drilling and financing to complete yet to develop scoping studies and resource estimates before we talk about mining, so a strategic investor being brought onboard will be good news to help secure funds to manage these activities.

Either a JV or in time a sale when plenty of data and studies supporting a good deal or purchase price is the best approach - but will all take time, early stages yet. No one is suggesting they are in trouble - just all part of the normal process to get towards proving there is something economically viable to extract scientifically.

No, there isn't any impact on the acquisition conditions, there was no specific requirement regarding the Havieron/Telfer EPA application.

TBF mate - that was the earliest FEASIBLE date for completion - not a guarantee we'd absolutely complete by then.

The general market as such won't see any delay as such unless we drift into 2025, hopefully we won't and still 6-7 weeks away too.

BTW - excerpt from my notes from TH below Freddie - I did state quite clearly it was not a guaranteed date by Shaun albeit notes were very concise as written on way back quite late via train from London. Official line by both GGP and NEM is by end of year mate.

- Deal is planned to hopefully complete for Nov 1st but no guarantee (Note: there are a list of conditions to be met as detailed in AIM Admission document, some can be waived but the doc doesn't specify which ones and of course some may be required by 3rd parties such as Wyloo or the banking syndicate)

Officially the expectation that's been articulated to the market and investor bases is end of year by both parties.

Now for sure Shaun did suggest early Nov might be feasible at TH - so that has been missed but officially the expectation is by end of year, so we're still within the official ETA.
