* Just a quick word Shaun, you mentioned in the announcement also about a cross listing on the ASX, what are you hoping that will achieve?
- Well I think this equity raise demonstrates that… Tribeca is effectively an Australian fund, well a South East Asian fund but with a lot of focus on Australia but what this demonstrates is the interest Australian funds have and there were a lot of Australian funds that came in
- And they should have an interest, they understand resources very well, they’re familiar with the asset, they know the history of Telfer and they know myself and a lot of the management team here
- So it is a natural fit, it is a great endorsement that these local knowledge, experienced investors want to come in and invest in Greatland
- So I think those are all really positive and what you find is that some of the Australian funds are mandate locked onto the ASX or at least they need to see a pathway onto the ASX, this does that, we want to keep the best of both worlds, we value and treasure what we’ve got in London
- And I think what people should understand is that there’s a couple of ways to do the listings, you know you can do an IPO in Australia and you know raise money or something like that
- Or you can also do a Compliance Listing where you achieve what you need to achieve for those funds in terms of having that ASX platform but they can come and buy on the London market which has the deeper liquidity
- And there’s a great example of that of Kirkland Lake last year where they did a compliance listing onto the ASX and tried to get the best of both worlds, they were TSX listed but they retained their TSX as that was their main board, that’s where their liquidity was but they brought in some ASX listed institutional buying.

@Bojo - you are well named chap lol

- He momentarily quit a TG group after arguing with a member during a heated debate
- He then rejoined the group a few days later after a new ruleset was established and kind of committee of admins was set up to ensure admins also held to account for behaviour and not sole judge and executioner when otehr members conduct judged
- Nothing to do with a placing mate, I have no clue how you are linking the two up
- TG chat and GGP Chat forum history would make any 'case' you tried arguing in court thrown out in seconds
- I have never been to a Stroud meet or indeed any other GGP shareholder meeting but am sure they are lovely people

Seriously, take the tin foil hat off and focus on activities that aid investing success, chatting cr@p on forums isn't going to help build your wealth.....

BOJO - Liam did NOT sell his shares and made it very clear when he stopped being an admin of the TG group and he temporarily quit after an argument with a member , but he was back as an admin a few days later after agreeing a new set of rules for the TG group.
Besides him and Stuart there are also a few others now acting as a support group of admins overall to ensure that when discussions get heated that we help calm things down and play a key part in judging any behaviour to ensure a balanced approach to any issues - especially between admins and members.
Basically - Liam has ensured the admins too are held to task on their behaviour and their decisions on members have to be justified - this narrative you're creating about the placing and Liam is frankly ridiculous mate, Liam's dog probably has more well placed connections in the financial world than he has lol

Freddie - you do nothing but whinge about the forum, no one is asking YOU to use it , you stick to LSE for all anyone cares.
Thos eof us that do use the forum are enjoying it and using it as we see fit - for myself I actively post as well as read as for me it is a good tool to use as a hub to save my notes or opinions I want to share in detail within the community in long form and using diagrams etc - don't like the forum, don't use it - simple.

Initial thoughts on listening and making notes were :

Seems as if Rod approached UFO liking the look of Munni Munni, assume he has some ideas that the BOD liked and Bill seems more than happy to be back focused on the technical side of things than put out.

* Main reasons for investing in UFO in the future?
- Iron ore projects are excellent and brought them up from scratch
- Recent acquisition of Vivash Gorge is another key project neighbouring with Fortescue who recently completed a rail link in that area which starts opening up the access potential once we can develop the project we feel has some great targets on
- Munni Munni is longer term, not going to happen tomorrow, so much there that has never been properly explored and with demands in nickel, cobalt, copper, PGE’s, silver, just got everything in terms of its potential
- The team, diverse and experienced with people like Bradley Toms our exploration mgr. who has only been working with us a few months but made a real difference and driving everything forward in an exemplary fashion
- Lloyd and Arun on the iron ore, the UK team, the board with Rod coming on
- I know there is frustration out there that things have been quiet for a few months but really watch this space and I’m hoping that with the SP and everything else that we start moving for the hard work and graft everyone has put in for the last couple of years, it starts getting rewards for everybody.

* Some boardroom changes such as Roderick McIllree joining the company?
- Incredibly fortunate Rod has stepped up, knocked on the door and really excited by the iron ore and if not more excited and a more longer-term project, the Munni Munni project
- Rod feels that with the global change in sourcing of rare commodities, growth in EV etc. he has come to us and I think is a fantastic addition to the team
- Just to be clear, I’ve stepped off the board but the only change there is that I’m not a board member but still doing exactly the same as I was a week or month ago, just I don’t get the authority to sign off on any board related queries
- Still very much working with the board but got the ability again now to really get back into the technical side of things with Bradley and Lloyd and everyone in Perth as we develop and move up to the next level
- Once required process for Rod to be appointed is finished, believe he’ll be a great addition to the team and help Alien to really go to the next level in terms of size, capacity and growth.

* So, you carry on doing what you have the passion for without the corporate headache?
- That’s right but am sure I’ll be sitting alongside Rod when we’re talking to people because I’ve been with these projects from the start really, my blood, sweat and tears are in there and I know them pretty much backwards
- Definitely be wingman to Rod in terms of a technical side although Rod is very technical as started his career as a geologist but think his focus will be to add that extra critical element to the board and the company so we can start reaching out and banging the drum a lot more in the right circles
- And as I said, in the background a bit of a luxury, been looking at some maps and old reports that I haven’t had the chance to in months and feels great
- We’re looking to going back down to Perth in end of September for 2-3 weeks and already told the guys I want to do a bit of field time, get out and kick a few rocks as to me that’s what we’re about and every opportunity should be taken to go and do that.

* Update on Han****?
- Defined a maiden MRE last year in September of just over 10m tonnes of 60.4% iron ore
- Cream of the crop in terms of iron ore, very good product
- Since then conducted further drilling that are awaiting final results from to compile into an updated resource
- Metallurgical testing conducted of a large pit sample came back excellent with over 62% average grades
- Key part is the manner of the product being low deleterious material i.e. low silica, low phosphorous which can impact the processing of iron ore in furnaces etc. and the Han**** product tested to date is better than acceptable levels
- So product is good, plenty more targets on Han****, done some sampling of another 3 to 4 ridges
- Surface sampling, we have about 3 km surface strike to drill test that we feel holds potential for a lot more high grade iron ore
- Not forgetting the Sirius extension tucked off in the right hand corner also containing 7.5m tonnes of the top of my head which again is part of the resource and something we need to look at working up
- Put in a miscellaneous application for the Haul Road access
- Recently signed a heritage agreement and looking to get a site visit soon with the local group to show them around and help define access and permission for future work
- Applied for a mining lease which is key to get the lease granted so mining can commence assuming we have heritage support
- Getting quotes for mining & haulage contractors, earthworks to build the haul road to do the pads and facilities at the actual mine site
- Strategy is to start on Ridges C & E
- Flower and fauna studies have been completed
- All the necessary background work in developing and permitting, ticking those boxes to get into production and still highly excited, talking to a couple of very key potential off-take partners and local companies in the area who like the product, location and honestly think they like the people they are dealing with
- Think we’ve got a great team with Lloyd and Arun down in Perth leading the charge and building the reputation for being a good outfit to operate with and with a great asset.

* General overview of UFO?
- AIM listed junior explorer, picks up early-stage projects which team and expertise can develop in prime and secure jurisdictions
- Key 2 areas are:
- The iron projects in W.Aus in Pilbara (Han****, Brockman & Vivash Gorge)
- Also in the same region the Munni Munni (MM) PGM and Elisabeth Hill (EH) Silver Mine which is historically the highest grade underground silver mine of its time

* Significance of the revised contract to increase ownership of Hammersley to 90%?
- Has been a bit longer than expected to get it over the line
- Last couple of years (pandemic etc.) have seen a global slowdown
- Slight changes to procedure and format of deal but gives option to acquire up to 90% of both projects, Hammersley project is the Han**** tenement for the DSO grade iron project but also includes the Brockman tenement in its way in its infancy for development and exploration has been on the backburner as been able to get on the ground on Han****
- Will be 90% holders which gives ability to go and talk to potential JV and off-take partners and investors that will have assurance that coming from perspective of a majority owner of the project rather than a complex JV requiring every move to be discussed with our partner
- With this deal, be able to 100% manage and drive the project forward and Winfield will have a 10% free carry/interest in the project as part of the deal.
