You're locked into your 2 scenarios one of which is a catastrophe and the other is they just haven't communicated. P3 we had a delay as the patient no longer met the trial criteria after they had manufactured the CAR-T and they had to go back and apply to the FDA to be allowed to inject anyway. If memory recalls they injected a week or so before the CAR-T would have been passed the use-by period. No one could have guessed that delay, it was annoying to us all and hurt our timelines, but wasn't a catastrophe. Could your catastrophe scenario be a possibility...yes....just like mine...but you're attempting to scare by portraying that as your likely scenario if we haven't injected yet. On comms, I think they will announce injection of P4, but that's just my opinion and have no clue as to whether they will.

We've historically had that level spread I think...it's only recently when we had the the seller that it narrowed so much. I don't like the large spread, but it does leave me feeling we're in the normal period of waiting now....better that than having the bad smell of a seller around.
