All 1 million were sold on the 14th October, so I would think it is just that 1 Mill, or else the amount sold would not be so rounded? Maybe I'm talking rubbish, but that would be my logic. One thing to note though, the SP held up pretty nicely considering 1 mill was dumped.
This was from shares mag a week or two ago. A good write up. http://www.sharesmagazine.co.uk/news/super-strong-simigon#.UkxBs2RP58s
Came across this one on a 12 month breakout chart. Research looks encouraging. Market Cap 30 Mill. Plenty of room with debt facilities. Revenue for first 6 months of year £18M +13%. Profit for first 6 months: £2.2M +23% 11 consecutive interim period growth on sales. Massive cost cutting exercise. Looks undervalued to me with that Market Cap. Anyone have any insight on these?
What has happened to this board?!?! Both posts from Number1 and usuf05 are so 'far stretched!'. DSGi buy Best Buy? You having a laugh! Too much competition? Nothing has changed there. Best Buy have delayed plans to roll out in the UK until next year and will take 12-24 months to become stablished. By that time another 25% of electrical companys (retail and web based) will be bust allowing DSGi to strengthen their position in the market place. My thoughts, tough times they are, but DSGi are well equipped to come through this recession. It has forced them to become much leaner as regard to costs and will see them be in an extremely healthy position in 3-4 years time.
The last buy showing on this site was a delayed buy from the 2nd, one of the director buys I suspect. I've been watching this one for a while and only got in yesterday at 9.9p, alot of buys recently, all in equal chunks, which might poing to (as oilbarron suggests) a management buy out. Time will tell I guess. May get some more tomorrow morning as feel my buy order on Mecom will never get filled.
Don't worry. You are invested in a sound company. Lots of people are in this at 400p + so you got a good entry price. I do think you will have to wait a while for a good return on your money but these are good for 250p within the next 12 months, just be patient. They have a huge cash pile and the ability to make dirt cheap acquisitions in the current market. You will be rewarded in the end.
What's the deal here then? I know alternative fuel companies are big on Obamas agenda. With the share issue happening at 2.2p, do you not think these may fall a little more before then begin to rebuild? I can see 10p from CAD tomorrow, if thats the case ,will take profits and either drop them in here if there is another drop or in SAM. Not sure yet!
Surely if you have access to Irelands figures via the company LAN then you either work for or are contracted by DSGi. That also means you do not have authorisation to be communicating figures from the companies intranet to the world wide web. Care to share any light?
They you have a hell of a lot more money than me to play with then!! I really wish you all the best. I enjoy reading your posts on here and value your opinions. Shouldn't be too nice though or FatC will arrive calling me your clone!! ATB.
