Thanks Bigwigs, I may take a similar more cautious approach with the crusise companies as higher risk but potentially higher reward

Best being honest with so called newbies rather than try to baffle them with cut and paste jobs that deflect from the actual situation we are in.

I cant quite make my mind up on cruise companies, was thinking of investing around £20k on 4 at £5I each and then sit back. I've made approx £10k in trading TUI, Easyjet and DTG over the last 3 months but now I feel it's time to hold.

I will be upfront with my strategy . I have invested in 10 travel shares. The ones that survive the next 6 months will double in price. However I expect 20% are at risk of going bust despite my research.
I regard TUI as the safest.
So my outlay is £100k if 2 go bust I'm down to 8 and if they double I have £160K for xmas.
May seem risky to some but will happily give an honest update on my progress in December.

New investors aren't piling in a few guys on here are trading their own shares.
This is currently a high risk share as if no new investment we will run out of money. The only option then is to put extra shares on the market that will dilute our shares.

I am holding but know that it is a punt and we need something to come to fruition soon.

My purchase at 2pm for £8K has come through as a sell after hours @ 8.60.
Hopefully the smoke & mirrors will lead to a decent rise showing tomorrow
