Prem will almost certainly need to raisebon the future. Hopefully the sp goes higher when more cash is injected. Otherwise we could find the sp creeping lower until production proves we are profitable.

Producing does not always mean profitable. Prem might actually LOSE money in the first few years with high cash burn.

How come no one ever seems to consider that.

Look at the money spent on the latest blockbusters that flops at the box office...not every film is a great success....some are downright poxy.

Why do investors ASSUME the sp must now go UP simply by buying more. Chanced arevifvyou waited long enough...sure you'll get them cheaper but that may be that the sp has a lot further to fall. So dont expect a significant rise UNTIL you have tested the real bottom. And the chances are, you'll get it wrong at all levels.

I tried for 5 years to find the real bottom in UFO...
