Gas...

Large amounts of gas was found at GKP 'Shaikan' well. Thr BOP valves were reportedly on the point of exploding. I believe emergency measures were taken to 'make safe'. So much oil and gas was present deep into the triassic that the gas was forcing the oil up.

It is true the presence of gas helps recovery...AND very high gas pressure is one indication of the volume and size (extent)of the oil field plus the possible high flow rates.

Gas is a good sign...usually.

Not true he slyly took £10m of invested money. None of us ever revieved a penny!

It was estimated that he somehow got off with over £10million of our investment without so much as a thankyou or an offer to sell our shares. That's true ...when Gulf Keystone estimated the Shaikhan discovery to be 1.5bbs, within a fee weeks it had risen to 5bbs. Finally in OCT the field was est 2b at least 12bbs..

This new est sent the sp (already at 150p) to a high of 430p.

The great rise began in 2008 at 5p. The discovery came in Aug 2009 at 14p.
