YET they were posted ONLY FIVE DAYS LATER and were IMO ready to go ANYWAY. That was the eXcuse he have us but not the real reason.
THOSE results were IMO to quick after suspension and ther could easily have secured an extension of up to a MONTH without having to suspend.

FIVE DAYS ? They were taking the michael.
Years ago HERENCIA took an extension of TWO MONTHS for failing to get their full year resultd in and never suspended....think about it!

Rumours are that ************* won’t be around for too much longer. #syme has been suspended as they’re making a case against TW for taking a pecuniary advantage with his allegations of fraud. Up to 7 year prison sentence and unlimited fine incoming!

I think they suspended to get litigation underway .and took the opportunity to use the late reporting of the financial reports. Possibly?

There is a little known law called...
"Taking a Pecuniary Advantage For Gain" whereby the accuser on making LIBELOUS accusations, PROFITS as a direct result.
This type of LIBEL if untrue can carry a 7yr prison sentence plus millions £££ costs and stripped of all assets. This is most serious when the accusation is made via a publication or an investor Tip-Magazine !
This could be nothing if AZ produced proof to the contrary and demands a public RETRACTION...
...or else it's "Good morning Judge"

If TW had proof and was colluding with the FCA we would all be informed by now. Anuthing untoward would not be kept out of the news for this long. If TW went that far AZ would tell him "Make sure you can raise a few million quid, We will sue you for LIBEL" Then we would be notified. There always will be leaks for the media to pick up on, this sort of litigation cannot be kept quiet for long....even if it was true. Imo

Parm...i got a general message from admin explaining why they deleted two of my posts ie ref to TW and Fca.
This bb is being monitored and i think 'he' has been complaining.

I heard the suspension was being lifted last Monday, last Friday and the next day after the results were out.

I have been wondering if AZ could be planning to delist and take SYME private?
What would that imply for shareholders and would they buy back the shares.

There MUST be a reason for this delay in retrading and i had thought it was to do with the multitude of libelous attacks on Syme by an orchestrated group of trolls.
