They will only consolidate if they are already in talks with a potential target company. In which case ...depending if the target company are amicable to the Rto it may be completed within 6 months.. so not heading for delisting.
Why suspend?
Well, the current trading facility will have to be eound down re stock market ruling....so you cannot trade during this period. Once Icon informs the market of Rto intentions the winding down process takes over and we suspend
A problem could arise if the target company backd out at pre-aggreement stage leaving Icon to find another potential target If this happens we could face delisting. Target companies have the right to change their mind if legally advised to do so within certain time frames/parameters.

They will suspend for an RTO which could take 6 months 2 yrs Often delisting then the shares apportioned with the target company. It won't be pkain sailing UNLESS they have already been approached by a potential company looking to get a stock market listing. But if it is their intention to SEEK and approach potential companies, then then could get one knock back after another. It us normally a long process and ONLY usually becomes feasible if we have carry over debts for the 'new' joint venture to offset against tax liabilities. I wonder how they propose to settle our outstanding debt with EHGOF? Could they pose an impossible problem with legal intentions?

Could it be financing issues. Or could it some objection by some big corporation to their monetisation policy ie major fincial houses, banks etc? Could it be that they have delayed informing the market on said issues until they have clarity themselves from legal advisors?

On thr cards..they just cannot continue with 37.4 bollion shares if they wish to bring in big ii invedtors. Its either that or take the shares off the market.
I say buy and hold for a VERY long term recovery play It's only fag money...it cost me more per month for my fags than a million of these.

I have SEVEN stocks all on the go. I thought at the time of investing that they were magnificent. One by one they let me down so only time will tell. One of those is SYME is suspended. If they come back to market i will have two magnifent stocks unless any of the others come good.

. You should all know by now that i am super positive with Syme, still am. Way back during the time of the Neandathals i was unlucky to invest on a few stocks that went bust The first was that super riser Pollypeck run by the incorrigible crook Asil Nadir who fled the country for 15yrs with millions of the company's funds. He was jailed for 10yrs when he finally returned to face the music I lost a lot of money which took many years to recover my losses.
I was bitten and learnt a big lesson so ever since i was EXTRA cautious when parting with my money. So wary was i that it could happen again, 7i would over check and research every board director. It surely won't happen again? So i took a massive chance on FRR Fronterra Res over 2yrs ago but panicked out when their Nomad left making me a fair profit. Regretting selling out when i had bought at their lowest ever price at 0.0011p, i was about to re-buy at treble that price when they suspended and remain delisted with no sign of coming back. I had a lucky escape through my fear of company directors I often don't trust them.
Now, surely it cannot hapoen again?
Having followed LION for a few months i was ready to make my biggest ever single investment in multiple tranches, a total of £ 27,000. Their monthly updates and articles were phenomenal.
I was again about to take just a weeny bit of profit...when BANG my share dealer told me they have JUST suspended. You all know the rest. 3yrs later they are still delisted, with absolutely no news for ove a year.
Could it happen again to me....WHY NOT FFS it seems fashionable forcthese skanky Ceos to catch us all out when we least expect it.
So now i am really super-piffed off and doubly wary. When the f/ ..k am i going to find something that does'nt go wrong and delist.
Surely it JUST CAN'T HAPPEN AGAIN?
Now i an in defence mode and drastically cutting back on my investments, 2 grand was my maximum, so i bought into URA for a fun gamble on their promise for an RTO. Ceo Mellissa Sturges literally usurped the company funds to finance a new company (Ananda). Delisted URA and stuck two fingers up to us shareholders....URA is gone and so is all our money. She is a crook.
But wait a mo' i nearly forgot.....Photonstar PSL. they changed their name to BOULD Opportunities, again with the promise of an RTO. Nothing has happened for 3 yrs, still delisted and NO NEWS.
So one can imagine how i researched SYME. SPOT ON CEO, Experienced director, plenty of client interest and an entirely new concept?
So this time i thought i would invest a bit more.
After all it seriously couldn't happen again....

Posting this...all the year's Rns' from Syme, will be a total waste of time for our resident trolls. They are not interested in FACTS. They make up their own and then continue to press home their lies. It is as if they actually believe it all themselves?

I that the only response they can give at this stage will appear vague Maybe they do not want to over-eXggerate our eXpectations until they are ready to give us more clarification. Imo

So many theories and that is all it is theories
My favourite is ....company will consolidate to give a more ATTRACTIVE share price for BIG institutions. I cannot shake off that idea...yet!

Leweyman....i really think they'l shine next season after being out of the Pmrship for 17 yrs I will go for them to make the top 4 and a big bet to take the trophy. 2 bets. Obviously i will see if they improve further up the list this year.
