So the absolute latest that SMC will get the second tranche is 10 days after completing the sale of the first tranche

LTI - Mine doesn't either, however it lists all the trades i've done, so i can do the calc easily

Darth - Agreed. I do it for my longer term investments. And i do include divi payments in my calcs

(Total Value Spent - (Total Value Sold + Total Divis paid)) / Current number of shares = Price needed per share that i currently hold to be in profit overall in this stock

LTI : Its simple enough to take the totals of all trades from your broker to get the same info

LTI - So your spreadsheet is basically (Total Value Spent - Total Value Sold) / Current number of shares to get to the price needed to be in profit.

One way of doing it, although it does hide trades that don't make money so can give false confidence.

The other thing to keep in mind is that we're in a much much better place than we were when we had the placing with the warrants.

We're not likely to need to include warrants if there is another placing (which i personally think is very very unlikely anyway)

If you're furloughed you're still employed and being paid. I would be very surprised if you could claim unemployment benefits on furlough

123 to 175 is still a good profit.

The huge growth over the last 6 months will have made GGP too big a percentage of their portfolio.

Its about zoning into 3 types of area, one of which has auto permission.

I predict the arguments about which type of zone it is will become longer. Its moving the arguements earlier in the chain
