Jambo thats not what first refusal means.

It means that if anyone else makes an offer then, NC get the right to match the offer and be the preferred buyer.

It doesn't mean they get first look at drills on other locations.

If you're not confident in it now, were you confident in it before? If yes, then what has changed, other than one PI selling out?
If you weren't confident in your research before, what made you decide to make it your biggest holding?

Most of them seem to have it from time to time.

Cage - Possibly just an issue with your brokers website. I know my portfolio sometimes shows incorrect profit/loss against the holding valuations occasionally. Check it again in an hour or two

RA - Its almost like Bully is intentionally misunderstanding what a close period is as it helps their narrative

Its a UK listed stock. Its listed in GBP. There are no exchange rates to take account of

Thats not correct.

You only have to notify at the end of the defined sale process. If you decide to sell 160 million shares he can notify when hes completed the sale. If he'd only sold 40 million he'd have notified the 3%

He did say he would exercise and sell them above 12p.

My guess would be that hes gone completely as we did have a large number of warrants shown as exercised on the last block listing.

Dodge - To my mind there is no difference between Beetham and DJRyan. Both will say whatever is necessary for their current position and future plan

RA - The final threshold he hit is 0%. So yes that could have been on friday

RA - He only needs to notify when hes finished his chunk of selling, not at each threshold if it drops through multiple.

A lot of the selling today will be the bed wetters seeing a sell TR-1

4% of the company is a lot to sell without dropping the price below 12p. Fair play to the guy. Stuck to his plan. A lot of us could learn from that

The other thing to keep in mind is that there is only a finite number of warrants and options left.

Given theres over 400% profit on the warrants, and even more than that on some of the options, its not going to take too long to work those through
