To clarify the point you need to hold the shares is overnight into the day the share goes ex div. So if you held shares in any account when the markets opened on 4th April thats the account you'll get the dividend paid into.

The important thing is that it doesn't matter if you transfer the shares after, or sell them completely. You still get the dividend if you held when they went ex div.

The shares you held in your trading account yesterday morning (4th april ex div date for 3.8p final div) will get their dividend paid out into the trading account on 17th May. Any you held in your ISA yesterday morning will get their dividend paid into the ISA

The shares you hold in the ISA on 6th June (10.7p special div) will get their dividend paid out into the ISA on 12th July. Any remaining shares you hold in your trading account on 6th June will get their dividend paid into the trading account on 12th July

Magstar - If you do it today you can use whatever you have left of your ISA allowance for this year.

If you wait until Monday you're into the £20,000 allowance for the next tax year

The divi would be paid into the trading account if its bed and ISA'd after the ex div date. The divi would need to be moved to the ISA separately, or if its set to auto reinvest in the trading account you could bed and ISA them on 17th May

The dividend should be paid into the trading account that the shares were in when they went ex-div.

The way i see it the BOD are building a company, not an SP.

That's really unusual for a company on the smaller markets.

The best thing about that is that the SP will follow in its own time, and we'll be in a better position for it

If anyone will take your cash you should be able to start paying it in from 00.01 tomorrow morning.

I imagine a lot of banks / investment brokers will happily take your cash over the weekend

It'll come when it comes.

The BOD are doing things the right way.
