If they sold at 16p that would mean they'd have to sell 595 shares to break even.

That means they'd need to currently be holding 13,090 shares. If they're this annoyed its likely they bought in the mid 30s, so could well have around £4,000 invested (30p average perhaps)

Thats a lot for an inexperienced investor to have in a share like this, and likely to be why they're emotional and not thinking rationally.

You're with the wrong platform then PeeDubs. A lot of platforms will allow you to buy them in your trading account instead (As seen by the post below yours about HL)

At current price you'd get £379.42 minus dealing costs. To buy them back it'll cost you £340.80

So with 50,000 shares you'd bank a profit of £38.62 minus dealing costs.

Looking at some of the calculations flying around about future shares in issue, I've ended up not being diluted as the dip has allowed me to add a greater percentage to my holding.
