George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
The update yesterday certainly sounded promising and 8.5 days until end of Q1 so you never know in next week or so, fingers crossed.
What would be the possible reasons for the GCG board not wanting to progress with the RTO?
Find it strange they would not proceed when this is why the company was set up, genuine question never been involved in an RTO, was a punt in all honesty but I guess the lack of information since the share was suspended tells its own story.
Has anyone emailed and got a response?
The silence is deafening!!!
Good annual results from Bolt for 2022 - $11m revenue & $2.2m profit.
Bodes well for the IPO which is hopefully soon...........
Decent rise today with some fairly big buys, massive spread will be putting people off though.
Clear pipeline ahead for the year as stated in the last presentation, tiny MC and experienced board who own over 50%, exciting to see what happens throughout the year, hopefully a good time to buy before the feasibility study is released in April.
New to this share but like the performance of the groups solely online offering this year, which are likely to keep improving as the virus 2nd wave kicks in unfortunately.
What are longer term holders, predictions/hopes for the sp value?
If you look a the EP Association Members page, Brazilian bank BTG Pactual (investment bank) are the most recent member joining on 31st Aug 2020, could be a coincidence but interesting nonetheless.
Interesting few months ahead with regards to finalising the funding, if all goes to plan then yes there will be some dilution coming but the higher the near term share price goes the more favourable it will be, which personally I hope is what happens.
As stated previously we are now in a serious buy zone for any majors looking to make a relatively “cheap” kill and take us over, Teck would be most likely due to there current high shareholding %, what would a fair price be if we were to be sold in the very near term £350m-£500m?
Just wonder if Akers plan has something to do with medical cannabis and CBD sectors, he has tweeted and also liked some tweets regarding Zoetic who are CBD company recently. My knowledge of hydroponic farming is very poor but could cannabis be grown using this method? I’m completely guessing here so please take none of the above as gospel.
Im a new investor to this share and while doing my research I read that the factom share has been written down to £0 value, the recent increase in price is down to Leap, Juve & EMMAC not factom or Yooma, all 3 potentially have huge near term news.
That's 2 posts now Matty where you are downplaying the price action due to the poor performances of Factom & Yooma both of which are now irrelevant, I suggest you read some recent RNS's and watch some of the latest interviews to give you an update on things.
Great news and can imagine this will be officially announced soon since it is now being reported in the media.
Will be interesting to see the potentially value the deal will bring to S4, anything related to Amazon at the moment is bound to be a good thing.
Bit of a confusing spread today, did a dummy buy & sell earlier, going by that the trades below 321.00 today are sells and anything over that have been buys.
If they were all actual sells then the price would have dropped significantly more by now.
Is this rise not likely down the fact the directors are entering a closed period, so the recent share purchases are a good sign they are confident of good drilling results which is starting in the next 6-8 weeks.
Fairly new to this so looking for some experienced holders to help me out, As I understand it the nominal share value is 5p per share so they can’t raise under this value, is this correct?
Some people have suggested that placement shares are being forward sold, if this was the case would the placement share holders not be currently selling there shares at a loss?
Looking good here and going by mcap very low value, new management seem to be really turning this round in a very short space of time.
Just wondering what people think the impact of the placing shares coming online tomorrow will have, do you think a lot have been forward sold?
Yesterday was great learning day for me, I bought in here a couple of weeks ago so not to bothered about the day to day price although would obviously rather it to be going in the other direction than it currently.
My point about yesterday if you have are happy to hold for the medium to long term take no notice of people suddenly appearing on here & twitter claiming wonderful things are going to happen overnight, the volume of posts on here & twitter yesterday compared to today is massive, the ramp crew did a good job raising the price up over 30% at 1 point and all clearly sold into the raise mostly likely at a loss and they have now moved on to there next share.
The fall here over the last few months has been disappointing especially with the ever growing cash balance, the company has been relatively quiet but going on previous interviews they are working hard on future acquisitions.
We obviously now have the threat of the Coronavirus which is completely out with our control I’m hopeful the reducing oil price will actually benefit us for the next acquisition, I feel we are also now on the radar for big fish than us due to the reducing share price.
I have large stake (for me) in this company and even if we are bought it will be at a far higher price than we are currently sat at, although I would like us to continue to grow organically over the next couple of years. Just have to ride out the next 2-3 months.

Agreed re. the loan conversions but this is a totally unique case, charts, fundamentals etc all go out the window here.
Even if there are similar products out there from rivals the demand is going to be huge and all this for a very small market cap, risk/reward is huge.
