It is interesting that the old Modern Water Group is not being put into liquidation
but kept as a Ltd company. Who will be the new shareholders ? How will
the share capital be divided . Are they going to make it into a shell company and
at a later date have a reverse takeover ,change the name of the new company and then a market listing, releasing some of their shareholding at a greatly inflated rate and then raise further funding from the markets. Thus making the original shareholders of the new LTD company millions of pounds.
