I Bought one of their tips in Cyanconnode holdings CYAN after one of the
directors and his wife sold and transferred recently 400,000 shares each into
their Stocks and Shares ISA at a price of 7.93p each share.
The reason must be to protect any large stock price movements UPWARDS in the future,so they don't have to pay CGT.
