Irrespective of covid19, we either have commercial oil or we do not. If we do, share price value will eventually be realised, be it this year or next during the horizontal drill. I for one am happy to see a conclusion or thereabouts to what has been a disappointing number of years. There can be no hiding from the upcoming drilling results - as DW says it’s been years in the making. It looks probable that we will get an update over the next few days regarding the progress of Charlie-1. Hopefully we see a strong response on the LWD and evidence of oil saturation in the early targets. Good luck to the resolute shareholders and stay safe in what is quickly coming a concerning situation.

Agreed Chris, I too have purchased more taking my average well below that of which IIs stumped up 24m. Happy to see how west newton plays out - fully funded for 2020 drilling campaign. Good luck!

The board have to be accountable for their business decisions over the last 5 or so years. You can’t just haemorrhage shareholder value whilst taking huge salaries and dishing out grossly discounted placings to IIs, issuing shares like confetti and not expect a bit of criticism.

I too bought in for PBs expertise. Sadly our initial thesis regarding the HRZ has been proved to be incorrect. If the HRZ core data is a dud at Charlie-1, then the HRZ is finished. Or can you think of anyone who will pay 20-30m USD to horizontally drill a well based on the IW2 data? Using the ‘It won’t flow over here but might flow somewhere over there approach?’

Pmsl, please spare me from your ramblings BB32. Yes, we found BITUMEN at IW2! And how much is it worth? NOTHING! Absolutely zero commercial value. The company is HOPING that the window of maturity might be conducive to free flowing oil at the location of Charlie-1. Currently we have ZERO data to prove this. FIB SEM on regional cuttings may aid this hypothesis - But no results to date. 6 months of analysis on Charlie-1 hrz core required too. We have spent a fortune on the HRZ with nothing to show for it to date except a well full of bitumen instead of alleged superhighways. The HRZ is on the ropes and you must be the clueless one if you think this was all part of the plan...

IW2 was a duster. Take the blinkers off Jiddy!

It was pretty obvious that we need more than just success at Charlie-1 to prove up the resources for a full sale. I did mention it the other day, much to the dismay of many posters on here. DW probably just wanted to clarify as I’m sure many investors have emailed him asking/whinging.

I believe he said the well was being opened up following the pressure test shut in on Wednesday 26th. It was supposed to be the Monday but that’s the Trinidad carnival. Once open they’ll complete the second completion but within the same sands. Low geological risk, main risk is mechanical so hopefully it should be all good.

Inevitably the drillbit will do the talking. I just hope people don’t pin their hopes and dreams on the loopy rambling predictions of Tarth Drader and co. All the best team.
