Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
We will just have to wait and see Monty. It could very much rise and then drop on the confirmation. However if it does and although frustrating, GGP's narrative has turned a corner for the better. By then we will be debt free, banking options to take us all the way to getting that gold out of the ground, which will lead to cashflow coming in. At the same time the asset continues to grow and who knows what could happen if we strike on another license. As I mentioned earlier, NCM must start promoting Hav as they did in the past as its a great narrative piece for them too.
Agree Chester, they have been playing it down for the last 8 months, whilst the value of the 5% was evaluated. Now thats done, I cannot see how they wouldn't purchase the 5% now. Once they accept it, then, yes surely they have to start getting the PR machine back in motion. SB may have had his nose put out of joint by SD due to his smart move of upgrading the MRE himself, however I would say the Board have bigger issues to deal with currently, falling share price etc. This is a good news story for NCM, they have secured 75% of a monster relatively cheaply next to Telfer. Unless they have further ulterior motives... circa 3 weeks, we will know more.
Dodge - I miss Geodave, always very informative - the days when all got excited when someone spent 10k, but at the same time they had managed to pick up 2 million shares!
A wee Vox interview would be welcomed either with AS or Neil, in case we manage to receive a few more golden nuggets of info.
Whether its SD's priority target or not, if someone is going to give you 100k against drilling costs, you not going to sit back and say no. Every little bit helps and once again it only needs to make one strike to make a difference. We have to diversify our time and effort whilst NCM do all they leg work at HAV. No shareholders want a experienced management team to just sit there and do nothing.
That narrows it done TT - cheers!
Some of those large step outs would be a help too, maybe too early for that.
Right, approximately, how many drill results are we due this evening?
Agree Richob. The more "giga" partners we have in any of our products combined with positive results will ultimately lead to a buy out, however more importantly who would win the battle and a what price. However not to get ahead of ourselves, plenty of work to be done in the meantime and patience required by PIs.
Starbright,
All valid points you make. The last paragraph though, "but AVCT should not expect positive investor/market reaction to announcements deliberately obscured by smoke and mirrors."
I don't think CEO is expecting a positive market reaction either from the announcement, the key message is that the story continues to develop further with this giga partner. If you build the story, backed up with positive outcomes and facts, then the market reaction and SP will look after itself. Having a diverse array of products and services in this and any company provides value in the long term.
Good to have you back Poirot!
never mind the POG, be great to see a disclosure of some nickel findings tomorrow evening. We can but hope. GLA
KN Parker, I hear you too, have been in GGP for over a decade and there are times when it has worn me out. I suppose the key is not to be too emotionally attached, which is hard to say the least. It's a fascinating story GGP which I had originally given up on many years ago, however Hav has brought it back to life and some. There are times when I wished someone would come in with a good offer so that I can exit. Having seen highs of 38p, its very much difficult not to sell for anything less. However we have to be patient in order to be rewarded correctly and hopefully deservedly. As we read every 6 weeks, every drill result is only increasing the find. GLA
It's a fair point Chester, but at the same time I don't think even SB would be allowed to make a bid without MRE2 or FS, has to be some type of accountability to shareholders and corporate governance. Additionally the GGP board would not recommend any takeover to shareholders without basic facts such as MRE and FS being presented.
just to add, if they didn't get an answer back from NCM of why the resource upgrade didnt come out, then something really is amiss.
All in all a strong performance from SD. It is fair to say he isn't as happy as he would like to be that the upgraded resource did not come out. Although he used the word "surprised" that could have been replaced with frustrated that the upgraded resource did not appear, which is required to help with FMV progress moving forward. Am sure when originally informed it wasn't happening, they must have said "why not"? We didn't get to the bottom of that in the interview of the reason for it not been forthcoming. Surely as 30% owners a reason was provided, but hasn't been declared to us so far. Thats the part that puzzles me. They must be pressing for that MRE, how can they finalise the 5% if they don't provide it. I felt comfortable with SD's performance, he wants FMV for us all and looks like he is willing to put the gloves on if needed.
worth a look
I think thats the point Prof, we do not know what each of us are dealing with away from this board, therefore we may not agree with each other but we can at least be respectful to each other.
Jsd - Fingers crossed a predicted graphite squeeze in QTR1 will assist the value of the project too.
Wiggly, I have to agree with you. It maybe 31st December, but we are in the middle of the pandemic with shortages of LFT's globally. Avacta Diagnostics should be at least amplifying the messages are across Twitter etc. The recent CE marks have to be marketed B2C whilst internally the company works on B2B etc. I know patience is required from shareholders , but at least tell the world what you have. HNY everyone.
How frustrating it was to watch the ITV news just now with the lead story being about the shortage of LFTs in the UK. The British diagnostic industry desperate to help and produce them and yet we wait. I really hope our patience is rewarded.
