Rozario - As I understand it the process Oilex will go through is requesting the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons and the Ministry of Petroleum and Gas to transfer GSPC's 55% to Oilex under the terms of the JOA which GSPC have defaulted on. This is what Oilex have said all along.

Foxy - I'm not picking an argument I'm just trying to find the court papers you refer too. Both Chesh and I have spend a lot of time looking and can't se what you are refering to. If you could tells us how you found them that would be great. Thanks.
