What I find strange is that at the end of the interview PW wasn't going to mention any income from South Disouq in 2019 and only does a bit when prompted by Malcy. PW is massively playing SD down. Why is that?

I've learnt to take Malcy with a pinch of salt.

What would anyone say were the risks to private investors investing when 67% of the company is owned by 4 insiders? Any thoughts appreciated!

Gizzy - not sure what you mean by 0,8 pr share. Do you mean 80p per share? SDX is trading at about half its core net asset value - roughly 80p per share. You could say that the NAV is the takeover value but shares are never valued at takeover value until there's a bid. This market seems to value a lot of SDX type shares at about half their takeover value.

Gizzy - P/E ratios have to be seen in the context of long term sustainability. As people have said on here before the issue is reserves.

Cheer up John. If you recently bought at 24p that must only be a couple of weeks ago. You've got a very short time frame for an 'investor'. If it does go bust it won't be for a while yet! I suggest you get out when it gets to 24p again and then you won't have to worry any more.
