No claim of any knowledge on this, if the markets get wiff of a T/O do they not push the SP up by piling in?
I seem to remember their happened to PXS years ago went from less that a penny to over 20p on rumour of coca-cola T/O that never materialised. If a T/O was on the cards it would be in HNWI to somehow leak the info one way or another for maximum return. Just my observation.
