8 Oct 2014 - Under the structures currently proposed, the Board believes that there will be little or no value remaining in the equity of the Company and the other listed securities of the Group.
low share volume is the number of shares traded (bought or sold) was low as an average daily volume. To make the share price rise you need buyers to eat up the sell orders on the order book was as there was low volume hardly moved.
Each share has a maximum volume to sell/buy at different times of the trading day based on the volume on the table at the time. Best to put in a trade of 1 share and get firm price (obv don't accept) - this is the best price @ that time. Then increase it to a volume that your happy to buy and you are still being offered the same firm price (assuming the share price has not moved in the time). Do 2 or 3 trades if doing bugger volume trades using the same method gets you the better price :)
The share 3.0p price would be the last traded price. Could have been a buy or sell as its midway. Do a pretend buy to find out what price you are quoted you will then know.
