Is it worth holding, with no chance of getting any return income for at least a year as this recovery wiil take may be a year to recover then there is Inflation so you will loose on your money tied up ? just asking I need a positive for this.

strictlybricks The thing that concerns me it the capital Invested will go down to a loss due to the div being cut ? as psn share price is quite high. ITS just the share price has dropped a lot recently just hoping that it does not drop any more.

regarding house builders I cant see them crashing. as we need houses and ever more people need a place to live as long as builders control costs this sector will just keep rising (thing to think about is that land is not increasing it is getting less)
