There are 991,292 removed NZ Ltd companies on the register, I very much doubt they all went into liquidation. Companies are created and dissolved all the time for perfectly legitimate reasons.

If any of Lunn's companies did go into administration then there would be a public record, for example, there is a clear public record that Tom Evans was CEO and 99% shareholder in a company that when into liquidation with over £2m in debts.

But I still haven't seen any evidence that any of these companies were removed after being placed into administration, which was the allegation.

The allegation was that Lunn had puts lots of companies into administration, which happens when a company can't pay its debts and becomes insolvent.

Having a company removed from the NZ register is very different, the Grounds for removal are 2:

1. The company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993. OR

2. The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the court under Section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 for an order putting the company in liquidation.

So all debts were settled.

That didn't last long though, here’s the actual full month production figures for Nobel taken from the RRC website:

Dec-23 2,919 per month => 94 per day

Feb-24 891 per month => 31 per day

Mar-24 510 per month => 16 per day

Apr-24 537 per month => 18 per day

After May zero

Affrm to see if someone is a Director or not you just need to look at Companies House and announcements and annual reports by the company itself.

Companies House clearly shows that FHF Corporate was Secretary not a Director. Never has PPP stated that Anton was a director.

The fact that an “enormous amount of work” is necessary “ to return the company to a trading position” shows what a poor state PPP was left in under Tom Evan’s leadership.

The operator of all four wells is still Nobel, and that would have shown up if it had changed.

Also discussed was that the RRC website that also shows that Nobel’s P5 form is out of date and consequently it isn’t allowed to do any work on the ground in Texas’s. P5 renewals aren’t delayed.

Only the operator registered against a lease can carry out work on it and Nobel is still the operator.

GV might just possibly be working on other leases outside of Nobel's 4,026 acres area, but PPP wouldn't get any royalty from them. And the ESGY JV is stalled apparently.

The leases won't be transferred until the deal is completed, which has of course now been delayed "due to a number of issues arising in Texas".

So nothing has happened on the ground in Texas since at least July when PPP failed to renew it's P5.

MyIPA, that's the correct data. The oil production data is 3-months out of date but the P5s etc aren't, I can see P5s that have been filed this month.

So as Nobel is still the operator and it doesn't have a current P5 it can't legally be doing any of the following activities:

The operator status info on the RRC website isn’t three months delayed and it is still showing Nobel as the operator with Nobel’s status as delinquent.

So nothing is happening on the ground in Texas. The ‘real-time’ satellite images were just shadows in someone’s imagination.
