The July 17th RNS only mentioned the JV with ESGY.

The proposal with GV is for:

The SPA with GV for the 4,026 acres of leases near Gonzales City.

The HOT with PPP/ESGY/GV covering oil & gas (and maybe lithium, but that is highly speculative) in East Texas.

If you check the RNSs you find that the “50/50 Texas Lithium and Gas Joint Venture” announced on July 17th covers East Texas, while the 250,000 acres that PPP previously mentioned were in Gonzales county. The only Gonzales county area mention in the July 17th RNS is PPP’s core 4,036 acres of oil leases.

Incorrect! It was PPP's JV with Millenium, which looks like it is now dead, that mentioned 250,000 acres. Not once in any RNS regarding GV has 250,000 acres been mentioned.

Looking at the last interims and projecting forward (including the oil revenues PPP would of received), I think it is quite possible that PPP was guilty of "wrongful trading", i.e. trading while insolvent, during the end of the accounting period, especially given the "debt claims against the Company was significantly higher than had previously been disclosed." comment. It could be what "investigate actions of previous Directors" refers to.
