Don’t you mean £50271, that’s the threshold for a 40 percent income tax rate.

Will be classed as a dividend when it’s a capital reduction? I not sure, anyway you can offset any tax from any losses for the last two years.

Share price alway move’s up towards ex- dividend day and that’s with a 5 percent return, So with a near 40 percent return your going to get every man and his dog buying in before that day.
15p buyout or reap the revenue, not a bad position to be in financially for us shareholders.

You’ll find that the sp will rise considerably before ex dividend date so that’s why I’m in now.

Also remember capital “ie cash” is increasing all the time before and after so I expect many payments to come in 2023 and beyond.
