32m net cash not mkcap sorry.

This is not a 5p 25m mkcap company it’s a multi million mkcap company with a setback that is massively overdone and the assets comply forgot about. cash and infrastructure that’s completely been overlooked. Phased 2 is fully funded by cal energy by a 65m cash facility that’s not been drawn down yet, that’s capital and also are own 32m mkcap and assets with two main Platforms linked to are 65km pipeline joining to are processing plant at Bacton and piped into the national grid priced with BP on a day before basis.
I see this massively undervalued at 25m mkcap, please explain otherwise. Dyor.

Blythe facilities performance is increasingly stable, with no unplanned downtime year to date and production in the 16-21 mmscf/d range, limited currently by liquids handling at the Perenco Bacton terminal.

The Blythe H2 well is an important part of our plans to maximise production. In a success case, it would enable higher gas rates without associated water production, reducing onshore liquids constraints.

Gross production in 2022, our first year as a producer, averaged 27.4 mmscf/d from First Gas in March, with total IOG revenue of GBP79.6 million and cash opex of 13.9 p/therm. We ended the year with GBP32.4 million in cash, of which GBP5.7 million is restricted.

Don’t be disheartened from today’s news, I’m confident we have the team to do the best for us shareholders, all the boo are shareholders and I’m sure Rupert Newall will be very acts in bringing back shareholder value.
Let’s put this in prospective, we have a highly lucrative gas field that produces high quality gas and so we get top premium for are gas directly through are own pipeline into are own processing facilities and then sold on into the National grid with BP.
The mkcap is a joke and whoever is buying like myself will be very happy shortly.
A2 is just one well in a huge gas field that A1 will have the benefit of A2 logging that’s why the rig is there,
Remember we are a gas producing company and making high revenue on a low cost and carbon outlay.

Cash pot as stated recently is not a problem, news today was not what we wanted but I expect the company has learned from A2 so this doesn’t happen again.
The rig is there for a reason because the gas is there. Unfortunately one or two of the isolated water zones were the gas producing zones, A2 is not lost and will help in making sure we don encounter water again. An overreaction from the market today as A1 is yet to be drilled in the Southwark field. Goddard and Abbeydale will be soon to add value here. I’m saying this but are CEO needs to reassure the market as it’s been well oversold.

Satttar , excellent insight and I agree a the way to just one thing, the Southwark A2 well will not be abandoned as it’s not the case of gas production but Water zones intercepting gas zones . It’s like trying to fart and **** at the same time. The company has already say they will be isolating 3 zone’s and add further performations to Two other zones and then re-test the well. We have to look into the details and that’s why I’ve bought in.

Has Noble drilling ship finished its work as destination has changed from Southwark to no destination at the moment. Any thoughts on this. That’s probably why there’s no flare now because the testing is now complete .

Cheer’s Mate, a few little setbacks are common in startup gas companies. We all know the gas is there and in the Southwark field there’s enough to last beyond 2043 if I remember correctly. There’s way’s and means on how to deal with different scenario’s. Dyor as always,

Makes me envy more confident the three zones producing water has been isolated.
A1 well will be drilled just west of A2 to maximise integrated gas channels and limit risk of water interception.
I have full confidence in are new and highly experienced COO and the backing of are CEO.

Just wait until we get are full year results, So net income in 2020 was -53.149m 2021 = -6.239 but going by the interim results in September 2022 I expect a year end net income of +20m , an absolute massive turnaround and a I can see why the debt is easily reduced.
Fracking are massive shale reserves is stiill a big possibility in the Gainsborough Trough . We are massively undervalued now and with a planned oil increase’s near- term and are geothermal projects staring H1 this year give’s me even more reasons to keep building stock.

I’ll have a word with him, igas as we know has many times more potential in value. News on the Green heat network fund’s from the govt is expected anytime now and it should be accepted as geothermal solar and wind is the ready it was set up.
Get this agreement done and we will see geothermal drilling straight away and the sp go back above £1.00 pounds a shay easily. Eve will want to be a part of the uk ‘ geothermal program and IGAS is number 1 choice for the likes of SSE and other major domestic energy companies like SSE . Massive , massive potential for investors here and that’s why I’m holding £40 grands worth.
There’s not much stock available so when news come it’ll be a huge squeeze believe me.

If the field under Southwark is not commercially viable, what the hell are they going to do with the Southwark rig if it’s not? that’s fixed there. The H1 and Elgood have decreased rates and with high volumes of water. They needed Southwark to be viable as the net debt is already high at about 80m. Always a risk in offshore wells.

Possible rns update today, things are are moving on very quickly with us returning 18 offline wells back into production to increasing bopd and also we await the green energy government funding so we can begin the Stoke on Trent geothermal drilling program. We’ve waited years for this and it’s all about to start.
Igas/GT energy will be all over the midlands news this year as we move forward with SSE to deliver geothermal energy.
