You seem very bitter here, I made 40k in HE-1 when it rallied 1000 percent from January and sold at 3.2p,

Any significant find in a global element that’s in short supply and in big demand is a massive find. Soon as I saw the RNS i moved cash in here no matter what the price was. Any reasonable size Helium find is worth an absolute fortune to the company behind it.

This company is back trading for a very good reason and imo it’s in the process of a RTO.

Mkcap only 400k so I’m expecting it to bag many times from this level.

Part of the reason why the last RTO fell through was the debt and time, looks to me like it’s now the right time.

Definitely will soon, RTO obviously on the cards, a company has already signed I expect imo,

They’ll come in use our listing and the share value will be increased massively.

Thats why imo they had to be debt free beforehand.

The revised Board will now work closely with Peterhouse in order to identify a suitable transaction of sufficient size to meet the recent London Stock Exchange rule changes, that outline that any new RTO must be larger than £30m upon completion and relisting.

Debt free with a mk cap of only 400k, most shares held by the bods and potential RTO on the cards, this must be the best opportunity to make some serious gains as 400k wouldn’t even get you a listing,

Agree, they must have something in the pipeline to lift the suspension and do a placing.

Also remember that the company is now debt free.

I expect an update after Wednesday so I’ll be loading up in the meantime.

Sale Process Update

The sale process for the Group's corporate stores announced on 6 August 2024 has now reached an advanced stage. A full process was undertaken with outreach conducted to a long list of potential acquiring parties. Several formal bids were received and over recent weeks discussions have been held with the leading bidders to assess and improve their bids.

We should see 1p plus today, such a great opportunity to buy cheap now.

MMS are ready to let this run now, looking like a big big day ahead here.

Can’t buy even 50k, could be in Auction.

Big rise coming today imo.

That 5m sell yesterday has nearly been eaten up, this will then fly.

I’m surprised this has dropped 99 percent in a few day when the company clearly stated that they continue to actively explore other potential options in response to events and will proactively pursue any opportunities that become available.

So imo they have other options available or looking into them.
