The bond maturity is over a year away, the bond can be restructured anytime between as we are now a producer, when the bond was taken out in 2019 we had no cash flow. the company is now delivering 32mmscf/d at 70-75 p a therm, and Elgood to come back on-stream.

We’re a producer not an explorer, we are producing good rates of high premium gas at good prices sold to BP.

Kelham north and Kelham central and Godard to be appraised as soon as possible.

Now thats a welcoming bit of good news for the UK Gas futures, thats probably the reason the gas price went above 70p today, i expect it will keep rising as its a big blow for the renewables and winter around the corner.

we will always need gas in the uk as its bloody cold in the winter and getting hotter in the summer, most of the electric in the future will be produced from low carbon gas power stations to provide for electric cars, we are not even close to the actual demand for this power with renewables, no where near. low carbon UK gas is the future for electric cars. anyway thats my rant over, heres the link

The company needs to put out a rns to calm the market down, it’s just rediculous now.

This moves fast and I expect a positive result with the bond restructuring,

Gas prices are back on the up.

We already own enough fields to bring high volumes of gas but we also have the 33rd round assets that’s yet to be announced.

The bond can be restructured into a new bond or bank facility,

When the bond was taken out in 2019 the company wasn’t a producer.

Now the company is producing gas through its own processing plant at Bacton.

This mkcap is extremely low and undervalued.

I’m expecting a positive update anytime now.

The sp will turn , just panic sellers that’s all.

Just waiting for the update that’s all, the new board won’t like this sp as they all own shares themselves.

Going well up today, oversold and buyer’s are returning.

Surly with the extreme weather event’s across Europe like the 40c+ heatwave’s and the expected winter deep freeze, Gas prices will increase substantially, I know their trying to minimise impact but it’s inevitable.

Gas price’s e will have to increase as demand increase’s fact.

It’s turning upwards tomorrow mark my words,

Just make the most of the sp and buy if possible.

Easy fix for the company now the H2 has come in good.

The extension on the Bond was given before the valv issue was rectified.

The company has also stated that the H2 well is a better reservoir quality than H1 ,

No water restrictions or removal costs,

I’ve bought again and it’s a steal .

The company is still in a strong position. Just cut out the noise for the time being. Atb

All theses new board members with decades of experience, it’s time now to turn this sp around and bring back shareholder value. Sort the bond out into another 5 year extension, get Cal Energy to use the 65m funds promised for phase 2 and use it drill the less risky central hub.

The bloody pipeline and the processing plant is in place, maximise the facilities and get drilling again.

We should be looking at multiple wells in multiple fields, 3p sp at 16m mkcap is an absolute joke and this needs addressing soon as possible by the board.

I know I would if I was the CEO and watching this.

Keep holding and adding as we’re well over sold here.
