Fuzzbox, I'm afraid it isn't BS as I had the same last night. The virus is in the attachments. I emailed her to ask if she meant to send me an email and she replied her account was hacked on Friday but was all sorted yesterday.

Wassatt, I think the only thing that is dangerous and misleading to our investment at this moment in time is the BOD. Id be amazed if anyone makes a financial decision based on an opinion of an individual on here.

I can live with having to wait, what angers me is the complete silence from our BOD who obviously don't think that shareholders are entitled to an update.

Wassatt. I'm assuming you've had a response from the BOD which is great to hear. Can you advise us what was said? It can't be confidential otherwise they'd not have said anything to an individual. Really hope it's good news.

Id like to know why they are ignoring us. To say they don't have any news is BS, they must know something. Karen's been kept on as a special advisor and you can't tell me she knows nothing either. Something's not right with all this, new BOD and no communication is not good.

Ragamuffin. I've emailed them as well. Not expecting a reply but purely to vent my frustration and to let them know I'm disgusted at the lack of any communication from the BOD. They will have some explaining to do at the AGM which hopefully will be at the end of this month.

That's how long it's been since the last operational update RNS. Would be nice to get some news this week and see the SP go blue.....

Is anyone else getting concerned reference the lack of communication from the BOD. Over 13 weeks since the last operational update RNS and yet they have no news which they think is relevant to us shareholders.

Krispy, Unfortunately we have nothing to talk about as none of us have a clue what's happening. The BOD obviously don't feel the need to give us an update. I've gave up checking every morning for an RNS.

So "Imminent" news is due ref the AGM expected in "several" weeks. That could mean just about anything just now with this lot. I just wish the new BOD would grow a pair of balls and say something to its shareholders or is Karens specialist advice to them to keep quiet?

I have a similar opinion to you. It's been over 12 weeks since the last operational update RNS and yet the BOD don't feel the need for another update. I wonder why? something is not right with all of this, added to that the announced changes within the BOD and I'm getting a little concerned with my investment. Investors don't need to understand engineering or maintenance issues we need facts, at present we are not been given these by Tri-Star Resources.

I think the lack of any updates is appalling. There is obviously an issue so why can't they just come clean and tell us? Every day I wake up hoping for an RNS and every day there isn't one. Meanwhile I see my investment slowly dwindling away.

I emailed them yesterday asking when they intend to give us an update be it good or bad news. All they said was we are still working with SPMP to bring the plant into production ASAP.

Hugo, I feel the same way as you. It will happen, but when is the big question. You'd think the BOD would give us an update pretty soon. What are the current issue/issues, have they go a solution to fix them, if so what are the delays is it sourcing supplies or specialist contractors?

Wassat, my reply was to the question why would anyone consider selling there shares at present? IT had nothing to do with Odey. Thanks for all the info. Some excellent stuff there, I'm sure we all hope it happens and the SP increases as you state. FYI, I'm sure I read that Tri-star BOD has only four members now.

Maybe they bought a while ago when the price was around 38 and are happy with there profits. Or maybe the lack of updates on the issue or issues or whatever is happening to resolve them at site is worrying them.

It's been 3 weeks since the last update. Surely they must have some news by now, share price is slowly drifting downwards which is concerning.

Hugo, I am thinking along the same lines as you. Do you know if this latest issue is easily fixed and is this the final stage?

Romany-roe, I got rid of most of mine at 29.16 this morning. Will buy back in if it drops to around 26p again. I've no idea where this will end up anymore.
