TDT, I’ve no idea and to be honest am not bothered because I’m confident there is plenty interest in EUA. You and Spikeyj and a bit of a joke as you only ever look for the negatives. If you were concerned about that point why did you “supposedly” invest in EUA? You both really are clutching at straws and have lost all credibility on here....

Spikeyj, how long do you think it’d be before EUA ran out of cash? Don’t you think they’d maybe just activate the Sinosteel contract if no one offered an acceptable purchase price and have plenty money coming in. Look forward to your response and thoughts.

SpikeyJ. What do you wish to achieve on this BB? You clearly don’t like EUA so maybe the wise thing to do is find another share to discuss. If your invested then like the rest of us your going to have to wait for an RNS to confirm what’s happening.

Hi Ian, sorry yeah I’ve been busy the last week or two so just pop in to see if there’s been any RNSs. Is that news on EOY results only or hopefully an update on a sale/JV?

Brilliant news, should keep shareholders happy. I’m now looking forward to the next pieces in the EUA jigsaw. Hopefully flanks licences ASAP then a sale of MT & finally an update on mining operations at WK.

Glad to hear it Matt. It’s not enjoyable for anyone invested here at the minute with all the rumours and scaremongering going on. I’m sure we’d all rather know the outcome ASAP. Keep your head up and think positive. Hopefully we will all be happy and laughing on Friday.

LHG; that’s my point. I’m sure everything’s good to go with new NOMAD and EUA are just waiting till later in the week to issue the RNS.

I just tried to call the office and no answer. I assume that means no ones in work today. Now if it was my company and we had issues to resolve I’d have been working all weekend and today to get things sorted. I’m confident we will get a new NOMAD this week, you’d assume the first things they’d have looked at was why WHI resigned and resolved them straight away.

I’m in Spain but believe Monday is a bank holiday in the UK. I’d assume that if the EUA UK office isn’t working all weekend and Monday that’d be a good indicator that all is fine and they are just waiting till the last minute to announce NOMAD. Might try give them a call tomorrow and Monday in the hope no one answers.

What’s so good about ggp that makes you think it’s worth investing in? You got a target price for it and timescale? 300k in here, you hoping for a big payout like the rest of us or wrote it off?

Bobrad, can you back that up with some facts? I’d be genuinely interested in your thought process and reasoning. How many shares are you currently holding in EUA and what other shares do you recommend...

1. EUA are deliberately delaying till 28th to give more time for news ref flanks; I don’t think so as wouldn’t we still be suspended if they appoint a new NOMAD?
2. Issue with NOMAD fees etc; I’m sure these would have been agreed prior to EUA allowing anyone to carry out DD on the company.
3. NOMAD isn’t happy with DD and have requested EUA to address certain concerns; possibly the same reason that WHI resigned?
4. NOMAD is insisting that on appointment they will clarify EUAs relationship with CITIC; I think this is the most likely and would also explain the silence from the BOD at present.

Either way, I’m hoping whatever the delay is the BOD can get things sorted ASAP and get a new NOMAD appointed.

AstonDB9, I agree with you and that was the point I was trying to make. If we appoint a new NOMAD we would still be suspended, unless that the new NOMAD insisted on clarifying the CITIC relationship which the BOD don’t want to happen just yet.

AstonDB9, we had a nomad until end of April but were still suspended.
