You have my sympathy Matt. It’s unbelievable that after 3 months we don’t have a clue what’s going on, why are we still suspended, when & why did NOMAD resign, what’s happening with our new NOMAD who they were confident of been in place two weeks ago. I’m hoping all will be good but losing confidence slowly with each day of silence.

Surely WH Ireland must have resigned on 8 April if it was announced by RNS on 9 April? That’s 3 weeks notice.

Is it possible for EUA to advise by RNS of the appointment of a new NOMAD with a start date of say 29 May or does it have to be with immediate effect from day of announcement?

I’m hoping the delay is down to EUA wanting to remain suspended for as long as possible but going by previous RNSs issued that’s not what they initially intended. They are certainly giving the negative posters plenty of ammunition to speculate.

Lots of rumours floating around. I’m trying to focus on the facts and not get carried away, for me the priorities are; new NOMAD, Flanks Licences issued, sale of MT & new BOD appointments. Sort those out and then they can do what they want afterwards as I will be a very happy person.

PP, I’m sure EUA and WHI would know when they need to submit the RNS in order for it to be approved in time for publication at 7am.

LL, the new NOMAD will know all the facts prior to accepting the position. The way I see it if they are happy with the current situation then that’s a very good positive indication to me.

I’m not bothered why WHI resigned anymore, we will probably never know the full reasons, if we get a new NOMAD I will consider that they have looked into everything that’s gone on previously and expected to happen in the future. A new NOMAD getting appointed will be great news all round and should silence the derampers.

I note Lamtree disappears from here and Catherine Tates “Lauren” reappears on TV, i wonder is that a coincidence haha

Aubrey, do you think that was done for a specific reason? NOMAD & AIM both approved the wording in the RNS so must be fully aware of why it was put in that way.

The fact LSE has suspended Lamtree is a bonus, it’d be nice to silence a few of the others with the above news.
I’m in Spain and looks possible that we will be allowed out for an hours walk/exercise a day as of Sat so all in all it could be a brilliant week for me.

They were so blatant yesterday, RNS obviously had enough of them. The gloating when he got banned summed them up. RNS today please just to shut them all up (hopefully for good).

I give up with you Lamtree.... you clearly have issues reading and digesting information. Ask your mate if he can prove there wasn’t an offer as he states. I’m sure the two of you can amuse each other for weeks trying to figure it out.

Lamtree, your really hard work... yes or no are only facts if you know which one is true. The fact here is no one knows. Read PPs post thoroughly and if your still confused I’d suggest you phone EUA and ask them as only they know the truth.

Lamtree, stop been so awkward. My understanding is that if they did make an offer which the BOD didn’t accept they wouldn’t be obliged to inform us so no one on here would know if they did or didn’t. Leave it at that, your questions are not helping anyone.
